The Salt Life Meets Luxury in dit uitnodigende Europese chique herenhuis met veel buitenleven / eetruimte! Kawama Yacht Club en Marina on Mile Marker 99 aan de Oceanside. Breng je boot! Gratis boothelling met snelle toegang tot de Atlantische Oceaan! Overnachting verhuur is ook mogelijk bij de havenmeester. Gratis golfkar voor uw gebruik binnen de gemeenschap! Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid voor uw voertuigen. Geniet van snelle, gratis wifi en voldoende gratis films! Uniek gelegen met adembenemende zonsopkomsten EN zonsondergangen. De enige Starbucks in Key Largo is slechts een paar blokken verwijderd van onze eenheid.
Onze ruime twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers stadshuis is gerenoveerd van boven tot onder met aandacht voor detail en een moderne eigentijdse flair. De grote slaapkamer met uitzicht op het prachtige zwembad heeft een kingsize bed met een dubbel stapelbed met een dubbele onderschuifbed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed met een tweepersoonsmatras. Een pack en play is ook beschikbaar.

Er is geen ander zoals het in de Keys. Geniet van een tropische cookout vanaf de veranda met onze gasgrill. De goed gevulde keuken schijnt met alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, kwarts aanrechtbladen en een groot aanrecht met 5 krukken. In de woonkamer kunt u ontspannen op onze comfortabele leren bank voor de nieuwe 60-inch flatscreen-HDTV met veel kanalen met gratis films; geen behoefte aan dvd's. Geniet van het gemak van onze nieuwe full-size wasmachine en droger. U zult ontspannen in onze nieuwe betegelde inloopdouche, elk voorzien van badhanddoeken, en luxueus slapen in ons nieuwe kingsize bed met donzig beddengoed in de grote slaapkamer met een 55-inch flatscreen-tv. In de slaapkamer zijn ook stapelbedden met alle benodigde lakens en extra kussens. Een extra tweepersoonsmatras bevindt zich indien nodig onder het stapelbed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een luxe kingsize bed en een 55-inch flatscreen-tv. Pakket en spelen ook beschikbaar. 8 personen (combinatie van volwassenen en kinderen).

Onze unit is volledig ingericht met alle comfort van thuis. Mand met 8 strandlakens, kookgerei, kleine apparaten, K-Cup koffie / theezetapparaat, mixer, magnetron. Tal van gerechten, glazen en keukengerei! Normaal gesproken zul je koffie, thee of kruiden in de kasten vinden - gebruik wat je lekker vindt, vervang wat je kunt en laat wat je niet gebruikt. Als je iets bent vergeten, wat je ook vindt, kun je gebruik maken van kinderspeelgoed, drijvers, tennisuitrusting, 2 junior-size kajaks en 1 tweepersoons-volwassen kajak met zwemvesten.
Alsof je je eigen vakantiehuis in de Keys hebt, zonder de kosten!

Geniet van de frisse lucht op een van onze veranda's of patio's, of spring op onze golfkar. Ons gezinsvriendelijke resort beschikt over een nieuwe speeltuin en goed onderhouden tennisbanen. Voor de fervente visser en schipper heeft Kawama een jachthaven waar u gratis gebruik kunt maken van de boothelling en waar het huren van een boothelling is een optie. Bootverhuur en charters van diepzeevissen liggen in de buurt. Voor de duikliefhebber zijn de wateren van onze accommodatie aan de oceaan onderdeel van het duikwater van John Pennekamp met prachtige koraalriffen en fantastische duiklocaties net buiten de kust. Rodriguez Key met zijn beroemde zand bar ligt op slechts 3 minuten afstand en zichtbaar vanaf onze jachthaven. Jacobs Acquatic Centre met olympisch zwembad, duikplanken en een waterpark voor kinderen, slechts enkele straten verderop.

We bevinden ons in de buurt van een verscheidenheid aan unieke winkels en lokale eetgelegenheden die het beste bieden op het gebied van verse zeevruchten en limoentaart. Lokale attracties zijn onder andere: - Zwem met de dolfijnen, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Centre, Theatre of the Sea (zeezoogdierenpark) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus en Dolphin Cove liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand. Geniet van de twee uur durende autorit naar Key West, onderweg langs de levendige turquoise wateren.

We had a wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed for our family of 8. We had the security of a gated community with the freedom to explore like it was a little private island. The house was clean and very accommodating. Host was so nice and communicated promptly anytime we needed her. We had so much fun and we are so thankful for the host and her property. Will visit again if given the opportunity.

The unit was clean as described in listing. Kitchen well stocked, although no dishwasher. The grounds/property were disappointing, very run down. Pools were small, main pool behind the unit was green. Not much to do on property. There was a sewage break while we were there, had a strong odor to the area. Had no water for 3-4 hours one morning. Honestly, if the unit had not been as clean as it was we would have left and found another property for our stay.

Weekend getaway

It was a great place to get away and to use for exploring the area. Kind of pricey though and not our hosts fault but the other guests staying next to us had a lot of drama with sheriff's there for hours on end and the neighbors were just messy. Had to step over trash their kids left on the stairs and glasses from their kitchen. Golf cart wasn't charged when we arrived and the downstairs tv didn't work. I am not trying to discount or discourage anyone staying here by any means as it wasn't our hosts fault.

Enjoyable experience but not “new”

We enjoyed our stay, and everything was clean and comfortable. However, potential renters should note that the two upstairs bedrooms share one small bath. There’s a second small bath downstairs - but no bedroom downstairs.There is also no dishwasher. The unit was comfortable but had a definite “worn” feel/look to it - not “new, luxury, modern,” as listed.However, with those qualifications, it is a great location for the Keys. Great restaurants nearby - and Publix is a quick drive away. I enjoyed setting up my easel on the screened in porch and painting while the guys were off fishing. The beautiful seaside spots in the listing are about a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was easy - and the host friendly and quick to respond.

Lovely getaway spot

Casa Azul is very well appointed. They have everything you need from kayaks, frisbee, requests, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. The resort has a lovely area to enjoy the beach under private cabanas, great pools, and tennis/pickleball courts. The location is great - not too far from Miami and the rest of the keys. The best part was this place is spotless and they've kept everything in pristine condition.

Family get away

Our stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked with basic supplies, and more such as toys, chairs for the beach to name a few.The house was very comfortable. Martha was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We traveled with 2 young children who enjoyed the playground and the pool daily. It was a perfect week.

Great stay!

Check in/ out was easy. Host is very responsive. Very clean and well stocked. There was a wedding the weekend we were there so they took over the tiki hut area and played loud music the Friday and Sunday nights, so that was unfortunate. Lagoon was awesome, we bbq’d by the ocean every night (which we loved) so be sure to get charcoal as there is no gas bbq onsite. Aside from the loud wedding no complaints! I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Had a great time!

We had a great stay! Location was great—a gated community that was surprisingly uncrowded. Great communication with the host-she responded quickly to questions and sent someone over the same day when we had a maintenance issue. The house was clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies for our use. There’s a large-size washer and dryer as well which was super convenient. The king beds were very firm; the bunk beds a bit softer. The community had tons of walking space around the lagoon, to the harbor, and down the jetty— you can see the sunset from the jetty! We really appreciated the use of the golf cart. The close pool was a decent size and there were plenty of pool chairs. The second pool was tiny. There’s a nice playground with swings for younger kiddos. What was so awesome was that the unit was one of the closest to the pool and the playground— we could walk right out our door and we were there!! A couple of FYIs- no dishwasher and not a lot of storage space in the bathrooms (but plenty in the closets). Also, the pool was unheated and freezing despite it being low 80s outside. Perfection in the Keys

Martha's home is so comfortable and has all the amenities you will need. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in and the large table perfect for our family gathering. The beds were very comfortable and the home has towels and everything you will need. The location is absolutely the best. This location has great pools, access to the ocean for boating or kayaking, and the lagoon is amazing. It has cool fish and made it fun to snorkel. The ocean front area has charcoal grills and covered picnic areas for a great evening dinner by the sea. The golf cart makes it super easy to get around. You reay won't need anything if you stay here. There is a grocery a few minutes drive away and after that just relax. The home has a screened in patio perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Thanks, Martha, for a great vacation!

Nice place

This was our first time at Kawama. It was a fun place to stay. The lagoon was cool... lots of fish including some big tarpon. And it was nice to have the little beach and the little peninsula to fish off of. We loved having the golf cart. It was nice to have security at the gate. The area feels very safe secure and family friendly. The house itself was nice. Photos are accurate. I didn't realize there was no dishwasher and that neither bedroom has an en suite bathroom, (and the bathrooms are pretty small). But we made do without those things. The AC is very powerful! The decor was very nice. The location of the unit was excellent... close to everything. The host was responsive and helpful. Check in and check out were super easy.

Good times

The property was very nice and in a good location. My wife recommended putting Kleenex in the bathrooms. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch in the morning while listening to the water aerobics in the pool.

Perfect Stay with Plenty of Ammenities

We enjoyed our stay. The kayaks were so much fun to use in the lagoon, the golf cart was great for getting to the jetty to hang out and fish. And there were plenty of local restaurants close by.

Excellent property and owner!

I took my family ( 4 adults, 1 child) to this condo and we had a great time! Literally steps away from the pool and lagoon, as well as tennis and pickleball. The owners help before and during our stay was amazing and quick responses to any questions.
