De grote slaapkamer met uitzicht op het prachtige zwembad heeft een kingsize bed met een dubbel stapelbed met een dubbele onderschuifbed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed met een tweepersoonsmatras. Een pack en play is ook beschikbaar. Uniek gelegen met adembenemende zonsopkomsten EN zonsondergangen. Twee junior-sized kajaks ook inbegrepen in uw verblijf! Zwem in een van onze twee verwarmde zwembaden met ligstoelen en Tiki-hutten. Tennisbanen en een unieke zoutwaterlagune met onze eigen tropische vissen. De enige Starbucks die in Key Largo bestaat, bevinden zich op slechts een paar stratenblokken van onze eenheid.

Onze ruime twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers stadshuis is gerenoveerd van boven tot onder met aandacht voor detail en een moderne eigentijdse flair. Er is geen ander zoals het in de Keys. Geniet van een tropische cookout vanaf de veranda met onze gasgrill. De goed gevulde keuken schijnt met alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten. In de woonkamer kunt u ontspannen op onze comfortabele leren bank voor onze nieuwe 65-inch flatscreen-HDTV met vele kanalen, waaronder gratis films. Geniet van het gemak van onze nieuwe full-size wasmachine en droger. U zult ontspannen in onze nieuwe betegelde inloopdouche, elk voorzien van badhanddoeken, en luxueus slapen in ons nieuwe kingsize bed met donzig beddengoed in de grote slaapkamer met een 55-inch flatscreen-tv. In de slaapkamer zijn ook stapelbedden met alle benodigde lakens en extra kussens. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een luxe kingsize bed met een extra matras voor twee kinderen onder het bed. Heeft ook een 55-inch flatscreen-HDTV met veel kanalen en gratis films. Gratis snel Wi-Fi! Pack and Play beschikbaar.

Onze unit is volledig ingericht met alle comfort van thuis. Mand met strandhanddoeken, kookgerei, kleine apparaten, K-Cup koffie / theezetapparaat, cubaans espresso-apparaat, mixer, magnetron. Tal van gerechten, glazen en keukengerei! Je zult meestal wat thees vinden, kruiden in blik in de kasten en kruiden in de koelkast - gebruik wat je lekker vindt, vervang wat je kunt en laat wat je niet gebruikt.

Geniet van de frisse lucht op een van onze veranda's of patio's buiten, of neem een ​​glas wijn mee om de adembenemende zonsondergangen vanaf ons privéstrand aan de oceaan of de steiger van 400 meter te bekijken. Onze familie vriendelijke resort beschikt over een nieuwe speeltuin en goed onderhouden tennisbanen. Voor de fanatieke visser en schipper, Kawama heeft een jachthaven, waar u gratis gebruik maken van de boothelling zal hebben en waar de huren van een boot slip is een optie. Lokale attracties zijn onder andere - zwemmen met de dolfijnen, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater van de Zee (marine park zoogdier) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus en Dolphin Cove zijn slechts enkele minuten. Geniet van de twee uur durende autorit naar Key West, onderweg langs de levendige turquoise wateren.

We wanted to have a nice relaxing end to our family vacation and decided Key Largo was the place. This rental truly felt like home. From the spacious beds and bedrooms to the comfortable couch. lo our family was able to rest. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed. The grounds were very inviting. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! Despite some traffic delays on our way to the VRBO, Martha went out of her way to assist us, which we truly appreciated.Her townhouse is perfectly situated in the Kawama community—just steps from the pool, saltwater lagoon, and pickleball/tennis courts, making it an ideal spot for our kids. Having access to the golf cart was such a fun bonus! We loved taking morning rides out to the jetty to fish with our kids, catching needlefish, snapper, barracuda, and more.The townhouse itself was stocked with thoughtful amenities, including kayaks, tennis and pickleball sets, paper products, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, hand soap, and laundry detergent—Martha truly thinks of everything! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. We also loved spending time on the screened-in patio, enjoying coffee and meals together.Our family made so many wonderful memories during our stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

We rented for spring break and absolutely loved it!!! We had so much space to move around in. The pool was so close. We would definitely stay here again. I will say just to warn anyone. The sand here and all over key largo is not build sandcastle sand.

Property was conveniently located to lots of activities. Easy access to main road. The pool water temperature was perfect for January. I’m so glad there was a golf cart for use. This was very helpful getting around the property and to the beach area. The beach area was adorable. Loved the tiki hut tables, picnic area and walkout.

We had a 4 night stay here and it was wonderful. The place was clean, updated and had everything we could need for the quick trip. The pool right outside the door was excellent. The only thing I would change are the pillows and the mattress in the second room. The primary room had a king with twin bunks and that matress was AMAZING but it worked best for our kids to take that room so we took the second one. You couldn't move without it squeeking. :) Other than that we have zero complaints. Thank you so much!

We had an incredible stay at your Key Largo property! It was the perfect location for our family Christmas vacation, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions.The property itself was beautifully maintained and clean. The jetty was a highlight, providing hours of fun and relaxation on the water. We also loved the spacious outdoor areas, tennis court, swimming pool (my youngest's favorite), and fun commute with a golf cart. Additionally, the property has a well-equipped kitchen.The property manager was exceptional. She ensured we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions or concerns. Her clear and friendly communication made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable one-family vacation in Key Largo, Florida. If we had another vacation in Key Largo, we would absolutely rent it again.

The condo was inviting and a home away from home. Nice to have straight access to pool area from back patio. The pool was good size. No hot tub. Most days pool was not crowded except for Saturday afternoon and evening there was a large crowd that met there and had very loud music with that could be heard throughout condo with doors closed. You are able to hear your neighbors and kids from the condo if they are loud which most kids are . Having golf cart to go to the jetty beach side is very nice but can’t drive it on the street. No license plates. Overall I would return to area. Most restaurants are locally owned so there is lots of seafood to be had. Most close by 8 or 9 pm

We stayed here with 2 families. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. The check in and out process was very easy. Pools and kayaks were very accessible and the kids enjoyed them. Location is close to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend!

We chose this property thanks to the great reviews and they were well-earned! The unit was spotless and so well-stocked with everything we needed from cookware to pool towels to fans and extra blankets so everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet and a mix of renters and retirees staying at their own properties. We tried lots of restaurants recommended by our host and the neighbors, and really enjoyed being just steps from the pool each afternoon when we returned from that day’s adventures. We would definitely recommend this property!

We stayed at this amazing property Feb. 20-27. We brought our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons. The home had everything we needed and was cute and cozy. So much to do onsite and close by. Our grandsons loved it and the rest of us did too. The highlight was a barbecue down by the ocean, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and watching the full moon rise up out of the ocean. Having the golf cart to ride down to the jetty to see the sunrise every morning was a plus. So many good things about the Florida Keys🙂

Martha’s property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is close to anything you may need and the property had tons of entertainment for our kids. Check in was a breeze, the home was comfortable and could have slept many more comfortably, our kids were asking to bring friends with us next time. The lagoon was beautiful and easy for our kids to safely kayak and snorkel. Definitely book this place, you won’t regret it! Martha and her husband are excellent hosts!

Beautifully updated place, perfect for our family of 4. We loved the lagoon and being able to use kayaks was great, as was the use of the golf cart. The claim of a private beach area is misleading, was really just a patch of sand. The jetty was cool and snorkeling there as well as the lagoon was fun. Would definitely recommend taking a snorkeling tour out to the reefs!

This place was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Steps away from the pool. Use of your own golf cart which we drove to the jetty to look at the ocean. You can use the small kayaks they have to paddle around the lagoon, saltwater lake. We also did our morning walks around the lagoon and to the ocean and back. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
