Fantastic property!
This was the perfect place to stay for our spring break vacation. Not a terrible drive from the airport, close to a lot of activities and dining while still private. The property itself was well maintained, clean and stocked with all the basics. We will be returning and would highly recommend this location!

The location on the channel and being able to kayak and use the pool was great. Damaris and the maintenance staff were very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We can’t wait to book another stay here.

Annual Friends Lobstering Trip
This was our 4th time at Ocean Shore Villas, we are two families of 4 and 3, and the set-up of the condo, pool, boat slip, etc works just perfectly for our needs. The unit is decorated nicely, and when the a/c went down, it was replaced the next day. We already booked our stay for 2024. You can't go wrong with a stay in Damaris' condo.

Boaters Paradise
This is one of the best Keys properties my family has ever stayed at. The unit was very clean and had comfortable beds. I came with my husband our four kids and two of their friends and we all fit comfortable. The boating amenities were perfect. Really amazing snorkeling, fishing, and sandbars right off the coast (mosquito banks, mosquito sands). Demarez was the perfect hostess!!!

Wonderful getaway using a boat!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Perfect location with tons of amenities. The only drawback is that the air took a very long time to cool down the unit unless you were in the mastering bedroom which was fabulous. Otherwise, no complaints!

Amazing ladies trip
I traveled with a group of ladies for a long weekend, and this property was great! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Super convenient to the grocery store, multiple beaches, and a couple different bars. A few things need updating. The fridge wobbles slightly, and the A/C is weak (the temperature in the home never got below 74 degrees even though we set the thermostat to 70). The hot water heater is amazing and we had hot water even through multiple back to back showers, but the water pressure is not great. The outdoor space is lovely and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast, and the pool space is fantastic. It would have been nice to have more shade at the pool. There was also dock maintenance going on over the weekend that was extremely loud and created a lot of dust that made the pool unusable during the whole day while work was being completed. While we understood that the maintenance had to be done, a heads up would have been nice so we could have planned around the work and scheduled our snorkeling trip during the maintenance hours as opposed to the previous day. Overall, it was a great trip, and I would definitely stay here again!

Enough space for fun in the sun.
We loved our stay at Key Largo. Space is always at a premium in the Keys. I enjoyed that there was only 4 units and it had a pool! The beds were hard for my taste, but that's a personal preference. Overall a great stay.

The unit was very cute and clean. The beds were super comfy! Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was disgusting with bugs and toilet paper/paper towels at the bottom. Overall great place if you don’t want to swim.

Great location!!
The location was great! Boat dock on-site and the canal leads into the Atlantic, very close to some of the best reefs. Molasses reef and The Christ of the abyss, two of our favorite spots to snorkel or dive. The pool was refreshing and they also have kayaks on-site. Close to some great restaurants, HOBO's was our favorite. Had an awesome time with family and made beautiful memories.

LOUD!
The place was nice but everything was LOUD. Lots of LOUD activity from 6 until 7:30 AM and the neighbors were very loud, especially on the weekend: including LOUD fireworks off the deck at 12:15 am.

Great location!
This is a great location near the water and fish market/cafe. We enjoyed our stay here. The pool is lovely as is the balcony. It was clean, well stocked, and we appreciated the laundry and pool towels, as well as the cool kayaking right outside with the dolphin sanctuary nearby. We enjoyed a fishing charter and a swim/boat outing and went to Robbie's in Islamorada too.

Relaxing Keys Experience
I had a very easy time working with Damaris and coming down to this charming Keys property for some R&R. The pool was lovely as was the perfect location in Key Largo. Highly recommend the Fish House and Key Largo Fisheries Cafe if you're down in the area. Would definitely recommend coming to this spot! Thanks!

As advertised. Great location and a nice property. It was a little pricey, but on line with other properties we looked at. The only comment is the kayaks need to be replaced. 2/4 we’re not functional — we helped one of the neighbors whose kayak flooded and almost ended up at the bottom of the canal. At this price point the kayaks should be replaced. Other than that, great stay…

The property was clean and decorated very nice. Any thing you needed was there for you.
Overall we liked this place and location. We did have a couple things that we were not happy with. One issue was the master bathroom was very small. Along with “heated pool” that was not heated and too cold to swim which disappointed us. Overall a nice place to stay.

Homeowner does not respond well when contacted. The heated pool was not working when we arrived. This unit is lacking in the basics, coffee filters and sugar should be included. Kayaks yes, life jackets no? I could say more but have let the owner know, again with no response.

This is a beautiful property and just as the pictures show. It is close to restaurants, and one of the best fish markets/restaurant is less than a block away. The property amenities of kayaks and bbq were great. We also enjoyed that the neighborhood was quiet, making for a very relaxing vacation!
