We're very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the unit. We've been vacationing at Florida Bay Club for 10+ years &/or have rented to others and everyone has been pleased. Florida Bay Club is a small (15 unit) timeshare complex located directly on Florida Bay. The time share weeks are floating and aren't assigned until just prior to arrival. We have always had water views from every unit we have stayed in, albeit some better than others. The photos were provided by the association as representative of the property. The pool, fishing pier, boat docks, and BBQ area all have beautiful water views. The units are constantly being updated with new furnishings, carpeting, appliances, etc. Some units may be slightly dated, but we have always found them spacious, clean and well maintained. I apologize for not being more responsive. The reason we did not go to Fla Bay Club this year was because we were out of the country for that week and that is also why we could not be reached. As we have never had any complaints previously, we did not anticipate them for your stay. Property Management should have been able to address any issues with the property. Again our apologies.
