Dit volledig gerenoveerde herenhuis ligt in het hart van Key Largo, in een gated community met 24-uursbeveiliging. De voorzieningen omvatten een on-site jachthaven (met boothelling), toegang tot de oceaan, boottrailer parkeren, een zoutwaterlagune, 2 verwarmde zwembaden, VEEL Tiki-hutten door het hele gebouw, een speeltuin, een klein zandstrand en tennisbanen. Gasten kunnen gaan varen, vissen, snorkelen, duiken, kajakken of gewoon ontspannen in de tropische zon! Ze kunnen op loopafstand genieten van geweldige restaurants aan het water. Toegang tot de jachthaven oprit is gratis. Als u een bootstrook nodig heeft, laat het ons weten, dan zullen wij u de informatie van de jachthaven verstrekken.

Onze ruime woning met drie verdiepingen, drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers en twee huisjes in de woonkamer is volledig gerenoveerd met een comfortabele moderne stijl. Twee woonkamers (een op de eerste verdieping en een op de tweede verdieping) bieden een unieke kans voor uw familie om zich te verspreiden. De volledig ingerichte keuken heeft alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, kwarts aanrechtbladen en een groot aanrecht met 6 krukken. In elke woonkamer kun je lekker ontspannen op onze comfortabele sofa voor de nieuwe grote flatscreen Smart HDTV's. Deze woning is gunstig gelegen tegenover de zoutwater-lagune en op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand van de lagune, te zien vanaf het balkon - een geweldige indeling voor gezinnen! De volwassenen kunnen de kinderen in de lagune zien zwemmen terwijl ze ontspannen op het afgeschermde balkon.

Key Largo Stay

While we had a great time, the property was clean and loaded with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, pretty full kitchen - much more than other rentals), if you are renting with older people, keep in mind the 2 flights of steps. Property is smaller than appears in the photos and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. All in all, a good trip.

Mini Lobster Season Stay

Several of us stayed at this townhome during mini lobster season 2023. The house is in a great spot and very comfortable and nice! We had to pay for a slip at the marina for the boat which was a little unfortunate due to price but that’s my only complaint.

Very nice property. Pictures were accurate.

Spacious, clean and updated. Only downside was parking and the boat ramp. First interaction with front gate was met with frustration. Guard was put off that we had 2 jet skis and commented there was limited parking. The guard was not helpful in locating parking as there are abundant signs that state “tow away zone” or strictly for owners use. I am unsure where the disconnect lies however the listing is clear that there is ample guest parking and enough for 2 vehicles and a trailer. I however, did not contact the owner for assistance. Perhaps something to resolve if you plan on having more than 1 vehicle and/or a trailer. The boat ramp is not ideal, covered in algae, extremely low grade angle which limits it as a viable put in. There is also a submerged curb that at low tide is less than a foot below the waterline which extremely limits when you can utilize the ramp.

Beautiful condo

The place is amazing! Clean, modern, and I love the beach/boho themed decor. You can see tropical fish in the lagoon, and kayak's are provided. They say you can swim in it. The water was clear in the shallow, but not so much in the deep, so I didn't feel comfortable swimming. Kayaking was nice. The listing says ocean front, so I was thinking we would have a short walk from the front or back door to the beach. It was a 5 min walk to the Jetti, and the beach is not nice. The water is hot, not clear, there's grass, rocks, and man made sand. However, this is how it is all along the Keys. I found that out when we went beach hopping an hour and a half south of Key Largo and all the beaches are this way. You have to have a boat to go out and see the pretty clear waters and coral. I wish I would have done more research before this trip. This place was probably the best part of the trip, because at least we had a nice place to come back to.

Beautiful with everything you need

This was my first time using Vrbo and this place was spectacular. Very clean and had all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and had fresh linens. Washer and dryer was so nice to have in the unit. The amenities (pool, lagoon, fishing pier) were all enjoyed by my family. The unit is located at the perfect spot within the resort and close to the pool, lagoon and a short walk to the pier. I definitely would recommend this for your next stay.

We stayed here for spring break. Property was great and a good size for a family of 4. Kids had their own large beds so could have fit more potentially. Seaweed made the marina a little smelly that time of year (April) but was concentrated to just that area. Property is in walking distance of a Dolphin encounter non-profit where for $15 a person you can go in and watch the dolphins swim which was a family favorite.

Friends getaway

This is a very nice property. It is a center unit with one small bedroom on lowest level. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor. The bathrooms on the lower level and main are very small….very small! Which was a surprise and was a challenge for a few of our friends. The upstairs bedrooms are nice size but lack storage and there are no hangers. The upstairs bathroom is very nice. The pool is small and not very many chairs. There is no restroom for pool users. We thought the location was great. And we had a nice time there

Great property and area

Great, clean, elegant townhouse. Salt water lagoon was great to swim in and walking out to the point overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Only criticisms are could use more hangars and hooks to hang wet towels, and a welcome sheet with guidance/instructions for tv, washer/dryer, etc. would be good to include.
