This perfectly-proportioned tiny home provides you with three comfortable bedrooms to relax in every night. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed topped with premium linens to ensure you get a heavenly night’s sleep throughout your stay.

The first-floor bedroom includes a stylish, custom-built closet and a chest of drawers for storage so you can unpack with ease. A flat-screen smart TV allows you to unwind as you enjoy some screen time from the comfort of your bed. This downstairs bedroom has an attached half bathroom with a pocket door.

The second and third queen beds can be found in the upstairs double loft, accessed via the stairs next to the kitchen. The two rooms are separated by a panel and the front room overlooks the downstairs living room, so you’re never too far away from all the vacation fun!

A bright, modern full bathroom caters to your entire group. This sparkling bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower with elegant glass doors and is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The open-concept living room and kitchen area is a great place to decompress after a busy day filled with water sports! The cozy couch provides plenty of seating and is positioned in front of the 65” HDTV. Sink into the cushions and enjoy a movie or two!

The fully-equipped kitchen contains everything you need to whip up some home-cooked meals. This well-designed space provides you with plenty of counter space for food preparation and a full array of stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer to chill your food, an oven, a stove, and a microwave. If you don’t feel like cooking during your vacation, you’ll be able to enjoy several local restaurants.

When it’s time to eat, pull up one of the four high stools to the breakfast bar and enjoy! Better still, grab your food and head outside to enjoy a peaceful waterfront meal.

Step through the double doors in the living room to extend your living space to the great outdoors. The spacious deck will take you right up to the water’s edge, where you can sit and enjoy the water gently lapping against your ankles.

An outdoor picnic table provides you with a great spot to enjoy a tasty grilled dinner, while the sheltered seating area is ideal for chilling out beside the bay. An adorable tiki bar provides you with additional shelter from the elements as well as a delightful spot to enjoy an icy cold cocktail.

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your deck. Who knows? If you stay out long enough, you may even spot a manatee or a dolphin!

Throughout your stay, you’re invited to take advantage of your beautiful waterside surroundings. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available for you to use whenever you’d like. This property benefits from a large dock for boat launches or fishing, and boat trailer parking.

For a change of scenery, take a dip in the private community pool. Shaded sun loungers are available around the beautiful pool and there’s no better place to hang out and relax with your whole family.

This hidden gem is right on the edge of the water, so you can literally step out of the home and onto your kayak or paddleboard. Tucked away in Manatee Bay, it’s no more than a 5-mile round trip to the local beach over the water. You’re in a prime location for main attractions like John Pennekamp State Park, as well as some great restaurants, bars, and shops.

Our guests will have full access to the whole “Tiny Home”. This high-end waterfront tiny home is the ideal size for a group of 6, be it a family or a bunch of friends vacationing together. Three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and plenty of living space await you for an unforgettable vacation in Key Largo. The breathtaking outdoor space will have you spending every waking moment outside or on the water!

Thoughtful extras have been provided so you can enjoy all the benefits of living by the water, including kayaks and SUPs. During your stay, you’ll also have access to high-speed internet, free parking, and a shared outdoor pool. For your convenience, you’ll find a shared coined laundry room near the pool as well as a community pool bathroom.

To fully enjoy the bay, we can help you with boat rentals or you’re welcome to bring your own boat. Dock space is available for docking and parking trailers (dockage fee may apply). The nearby boat ramp can accommodate boats up to 24’-25’ and a large boat ramp is available nearby (approx 10 to 15 minutes away from the property).
