Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid voor uw voertuigen. Geniet van snelle, gratis wifi en veel gratis films! De slaapkamer met uitzicht op de prachtige lagune van zout water heeft een kingsize bed met luxe beddengoed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee grote bedden. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. Een pack and play en stoelverhoger is beschikbaar voor uw gemak. Onze gemeenschap is uniek gelegen met adembenemende zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen. Twee junior-formaat kajaks zijn ook inbegrepen in uw verblijf! Zwem in een van onze twee verwarmde zwembaden met ligstoelen en Tiki-hutten. Tennisbanen en een unieke zoutwaterlagune met onze eigen tropische visspecimens. De enige Starbucks die in Key Largo bestaan, liggen op slechts een paar blokken afstand van onze eenheid.

Ons ruime herenhuis met drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers is van boven naar beneden gerenoveerd met aandacht voor detail met een moderne eigentijdse flair. Er is geen ander zoals het in de Keys. Geniet van een tropische cookout vanaf het keukenbalkon uitgerust met een gasgrill, tafel en stoelen. De volledig gevulde keuken schittert met alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten. In de woonkamer kunt u achterover leunen op onze comfortabele sectionele voor onze nieuwe 65-inch flatscreen HDTV met veel kanalen, waaronder gratis films. Geniet van het gemak van onze nieuwe full-size wasmachine en droger. U zult ontspannen in onze nieuwe betegelde inloopdouche elk gevuld met badhanddoeken. Slaap luxueus in ons nieuwe kingsize bed met een 45-inch HDTV-flatscreen. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een 50 "flatscreen HDTV met veel kanalen en gratis films. Gratis high-speed wi-fi!
Onze unit is volledig ingericht met alle gemakken van thuis. Mand met strandhanddoeken, kookgerei, kleine apparaten, K-Cup koffie / thee-apparaat, druppel koffiezetapparaat, mixer, magnetron. Tal van borden, glazen en bestek! Je zult meestal wat thee, specerijen in blik vinden in de kasten en kruiden in de koelkast - gebruik wat je lekker vindt, vervang wat je kunt en laat wat je niet gebruikt.

Neem de frisse lucht in op een van onze buitenportieken of patio's, of neem een glas wijn mee om de adembenemende zonsondergangen te bekijken vanaf ons privéstrand aan zee of 400 steiger. Ons gezinsvriendelijke resort beschikt over een nieuwe speeltuin en goed onderhouden tennisbanen. Voor de enthousiaste visser en schipper heeft Kawama een jachthaven waar u gratis gebruik kunt maken van de boothelling en waar het huren van een bootstrook een optie is. Bootverhuur en diepzeevissen charters zijn dichtbij. Voor de duikliefhebber bieden de wateren van onze accommodatie aan zee duiklocaties net voor de kust. Rodriguez Key met zijn beroemde zandbank ligt op slechts 3 minuten afstand en is zichtbaar vanaf onze jachthaven. Jacobs Acquatic Center met olympisch zwembad, duikplanken en kinderpark slechts een paar straten verderop.

Kawama Yacht Club en Marina ligt dicht bij een verscheidenheid aan unieke winkels en lokale eetgelegenheden die het beste bieden in verse zeevruchten en limoentaart. Lokale attracties zijn onder andere - zwemmen met de dolfijnen, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Centre, Theatre of the Sea (zeezoogdierenpark) Humphrey Bogart's Afrikaanse koningin. Dolphins Plus en Dolphin Cove liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand. Geniet van de schilderachtige rit van twee uur naar Key West, terwijl je onderweg de levendige turquoise wateren bewondert.

The home was perfect for us! We had a 1.5 year old with us and the little toys and books were great! Along with the sand toys! Kitchen was very well equipped (wouldn’t mind having a toaster or toaster oven) but we just used the oven. The little touches were very nice… a tube of toothpaste, q-tips, cotton balls, first aid kit, Keurig coffee pods, seasonings, etc…plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The host was a great communicator! Anytime I sent a message, I got a prompt response. We had one issue with something happening to the water and so our water was down on a couple of different occasions. While this was very inconvenient for us, the host communicated with us the best that she could. She was also generous to reimburse us some money for water and stuff we had to buy during this inconvenience, even though it was out of her control.

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY! Wonderful location easy access to everything in Key Largo. This is a stunningly beautiful condo with comfortable beds and an extremely well appointed and organized space making it easy to locate everything. Mary (owner) went above and beyond with supplying everything guests need for a comfortable stay. We greatly appreciated all of the extras she provided, she has literally thought of ALL the things you need (kitchen and laundry supplies, bathroom necessities, sunscreen, kayak snorkel pickle ball and tennis gear, etc). The use of the golfcart on property was really awesome and made it easy to transport my dad to the pools and pier. Dolphin Life is literally a 5 min walk away and has the best prices (and longest time in water) for dolphin encounters. HIGHLY recommended!

This may be the best property in the area, so well stocked with any and enerything you could need, down to the last detail. Beautifully done, spacious for families. Great for teens to have their own space. The only thing I would warn about is that it is not suited for anyone with mobility issues. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, so easy and equipment there to access. Thank you for a great stay. Will stay again!!!

The condo was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you needed. Loved the screened in balconies and use of the golf cart to get down to the point. This property was Amazing! Beautifully decorated and so many wonderful amenities and extra touches. The property was well stocked with everything you would need. We'll be back!

Our stay in Mary's home helped to make our first trip to the Keys fantastic. The home was very clean and had everything our family needed for a fun vacation. No details were overlooked. From the outdoor beach equipment to the abundance of beach and bath towels, Mary made sure we had everything to make our stay complete. The home was comfortable and located in a perfect location. It is a short drive from the local grocery store chain, Publix. There are 2 pools in the community as well as a shallow entry lagoon. The jetty was a short golf cart ride to watch the sunset. Fishing from the jetty was fun as well, the rods were also supplied in the home! The home is not only located in a friendly and quiet community, it also has easy access to the highway to travel further south in the Keys. The property is also only minutes from the Pennekamp state park.I would highly recommend this home if you want a comfortable location from which to explore all the Keys have to offer.

Graduation Girls Trip

The pictures of this beautiful property are spot on and it had everything we needed for a fun girls trip. Mary was beyond helpful. We got some great restaurant recommendations, Snooks, Twisted Shrimp and The Fish House are a must and we ended up at the Keys Ice Cream shop every night for their amazing chocolate dipped frozen Key Lime Pie. The golf cart, along with the snorkel/beach gear was a huge hit and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch every morning.

Our stay was pure delight! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. A perfect location for our 60th birthday vacation celebration with our friends on Key Largo. Every little detail was thought through in this home, beautiful furnishings, comfy beds and everything you need.we enjoyed the pool, beach, tennis and pickleball courts, golf court and more on the property. The local area had great restaurants and bars with friendly people all around. Fun place for a relaxing vacation on the Keys. We are coming back next year and staying even longer

Key Largo Paradise

When arriving we knew we found our home away from home. The unit we booked was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with every thing we could or would need for our stayIt is a 10 out 10 place to stay. The Owner was very responsive and made the whole process seamless. We will be coming back again!!!

Mary, the host always answered right away and was super helpful. The condo was clean and comfy! The only negative was the flights of stairs to each floor for us 70 year olds! Really loved the end of the jetty for the sunset!

Relaxing time in Key Largo

We loved the location and the property. The condo unit had all kinds of amenities and the condo area had a lot also. 3 pools, a lagoon, and the ocean a five minute walk away or you can drive a golf cart around. Can’t wait until we can do a return trip!
