The open living area is spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy. Grab a seat on the plush sectional sofa for game night or turn on the large flat screen TV and gather around for movie night. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper for extra guests. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with all of the luxury appliances and tools you'll need to whip up the perfect home cooked meal when you’re ready to take a break from the array of restaurants within walking distance. Take your pick of dining indoor or out, with seating up to six at the indoor dining table and up to four at the outdoor dining set on the back covered patio. There’s also a convenient half bathroom located just off the living area.

THE PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL...

The private pool area offers an ideal setting for enjoying beautiful South Florida days and is fully fenced for maximum privacy. The lovely private saltwater pool can be heated to your liking and is perfect for a dip after a day at the beach or with a cocktail for happy hour.
