    De voorzieningen omvatten twee gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, een fitnessruimte en een vlindertuin. Deze gemeenschap bevindt zich op Stock Island, op vijf mijl van Duval Street en alle historische bezienswaardigheden in de oude binnenstad van Key West. Het pand ligt ook twee mijl van enkele van de beste stranden van het eiland. Geniet van vistoegang van wereldklasse, hetzij met uw eigen boot met nabijgelegen diepwatertoegang tot de Atlantische Oceaan, of door een boot te charteren bij een van onze lokale jachthavens. Alle eigenschappen zijn uitgerust met wasmachine / droger, potten, pannen, handdoeken, beddengoed, hebben centrale airconditioning, parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 2 voertuigen en toegang tot twee gemeenschappelijke zwembaden. Hoogseizoen tarieven voor januari tot en met maart.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at very nice location in key west, and we enjoyed our stay there, the unit we stayed at was comfortable, but it did need some work, the sliding doors to the patio do not close properly and there is a large gap between doors, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced they are very difficult to pull open. I would recommend it to a friend if these items were resolved.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Key West Golf Club is a good location. Usually quiet except for aircraft noice from the Naval Air Station and emergency helicopters from the nearby hospital. Most of the time it was quiet, with intervals of noise. The military aircraft do not fly at night which mitigated that noise issue. The condo was not in very good condition. The hurricane shutters had not been opened, the yard hadn’t been cleaned up and trimmed, one ceiling fan could not be adjusted for speed, another didn’t have a working light, the outside of the sliding doors in back was not clean, and one of the shower rods was very rusty and hard to use. The kitchen sink drain stoppers were missing and one of the dining area light switches failed. The property does not have a view of the golf course due to trees.Many of these issues were resolved during our stay. The property manager was helpful in dealing with these issues. Overall, a middle of the road experience. We have stayed at a number of other properties at this location and all were superior to this one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I felt very safe staying in this townhome. I had no worries about my bike or grill in the back area. There were many simple fixes that would make this home much more livable for a month stay. The bathrooms are poorly lit, there is no full length mirror, the outside upper porch was extremely dirty. The shower rod was installed incorrectly and the shower curtain continually fell off when moved. The front bathtub leaked water on the ceiling below but the other tub didn’t have a stopper to take a bath. Compass realty did not have a good list of amenities. There was a grill there which we had no idea was there and we ended up bringing a small grill with us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The furnishings and beds were comfortable, with a little attention to the details this would be an A+ property!

Great gated neighborhood close enough to everything but quiet with a great pool. We’re returning next year to a bigger property in the same neighborhood!

Its a salt life

The property was relatively clean. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There was no ice in the fridge as the owner disconnected it. So we had to buy ice. There was no ironing board or hangars. No tongs for the grill. The propane tank was disconnected and empty. So overall, I would not stay again. Also the tiles are broken from the kitchen to the living room. Which was annoying to step on. There was Starz on the tv but after 3 weeks it was ca. As per the owner Im sure. The cable kept switching to Spanish and narrating. Which we didnt do.

A Salt Life was AWESOME
