The staff was excellent. The bartenders were fantastic. The coffee in the morning is Italian. It’s free. It’s very good they give you free bottled water in the rooms. I can’t say enough about how great this place was. I have stayed in many hotels and been up charge for every little thing, and met with attitudes it could be improved. Margaritaville beach resort is an exception to that rule and I would highly recommend to anyone to consider them for your next vacation option.

I was very disappointed with the pool area. The photos make it look huge but it was very small. It was very crowded and hard to get a spot in the pool. We tried to eat at the restaurant, after a few minutes of waiting to be seated we sat for 10 minutes and never saw a waitress so we left. The staff was great! It was the easiest check in I have had. They were very friendly and efficient. I did like the room. It was a good size, the seating area was great and the bathroom was spacious.

A cross the street from Smathers beach, Margaritaville offers free shuttle to and from the airport. Additionally hourly drop off and pickup from the Waterfront brewery, located close to the top of Duval st is provided free to guests.

Great hotel. Two steps away from the beach. Shuttle to downtown every hour. The Property was good. Rooms was up to date with modern Caribbean design. Very very cute. Pool area was great. Small pool but big enough. There is a restaurant on the property with a happy hour, great coctail and delicious fiah tacos. You can grab a bite around the pool or sit down in the dining area. Hotel is giving caribian vibz. Great fir family and couples.

The staff was incredible and so nice! Extremely accommodating and really strive to make it the best experience possible. The food and drinks were really expensive, so we mostly went out for those, but otherwise the hotel was amazing! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Second time staying. We like: The convenience of the airport, beach, shuttle to Duval and pool/restaurant/bars. Bartenders and pool staff. The need to update the hall ways they are as dingy as they were 2 years ago.....not a deal breaker. I didn't understand the Perks - we signed up. Got an offer, tried to redeem it and the bartender didn't know how to apply.....we only got 1 offer not sure if the f/d should educate the staff on the program. Overall great place.

Stayed at Margaritaville Beach House for 2 days and absolutely loved it. The staff is incredible, they let us check in earlier. There hotel has their own free transportation. The suites are absolutely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

I loved our room king suite - very nicely done! Bed was like heaven! Room was equipped with medium sized fridge and microwave. Any issues, they were johnny on the spot to correct. Entire hotel was fun. Drinks and food were good too. EVERYONE at the hotel was super friendly - no exaggeration here - Service was amazing. Across the street from the beach where chairs and umbrellas, etc were available to rent. We weren't within walking distance to Duvall Street, however, the hotel had shuttles that dropped off and picked up at the wharf area every hour from 9am to 11:30pm, So that was great.

We traveled with 2 young kids and didn’t want to drag the car seats and rent a car. The shuttle service was perfect. From the airport pickup/droppoff, to heading downtown to walk and shop. I’d do it again.

Overall a really good place to stay. Only minor issues that would prevent me from giving 5 stars all around. It seems like the place was short-staffed and things appeared like improvements were underway. Nonetheless, the desire to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one was genuine. Love the convenience of the shuttle service to town. Amenities were adequate too and workers were for the most part friendly and respectful.
