The contract with the rental people outside of VRBO was a little clunky as I did not realize they would apply additional charges outside of the VRBO agreement. They sent the contract with the additional charges for travel insurance and damage fee applied. I had to request that they remove the charges as I was not agreeing to them, instead they applied a 1,000 addition charge to my credit card which will be refunded after my stay. This would be good information to have when booking through VRBO as I had already agreed to rent this property THEN found the additional charges that were being applied outside of the VRBO agreement. The location was really good, everything was very walkable.

Over all a very good stay. The 2 chairs do need updated, one does have a tear on the arm. it is very close to Duval for walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The grocery store on the corner is a plus.

Walk to everything from this location just off the center of Duvall. Unit was very comfortable and the backyard with heated pool made for relaxing afternoons before heading out for dinner.

Shore Vacation in Key West

Location, Location, Location. While not on Duval Street, the location was very close and convenient to almost everything in Key West. Pool was nice and a great break from sightseeing. Unit was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. For a 4 day stay, storage was just right. Look forward to next stay.

Wake up with the roosters

Great location just off Duval street and close to EVERYTHING. We did a lot of walking. Our van sat in the driveway the whole time. Being off of Duval street was great yet it was right there. And if you don’t mind the roosters (I’m up before they are) you will love this place.

Great location

This property has a great location -- walking distance to all Old Town attractions and easy access to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Despite it's proximity to Duval St, it's super quiet. Love the pool area as well. Suggestion to property management company: install a brighter light over the entry door. It's difficult to see the keypad at night.

We stayed in Nassau Suite.. facing building upper right front…. So close to everything, no need for transportation. Unit was as advertised, all the needed necessities. Parking space onsite limited but had no issues…. There is also a paid lot close buy if needed. Dryer works best on manual settings. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay

Cute condo, great area

This is a super cute condo. It is very small, yet well appointed. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard area is beautiful and inviting. The pool is lovey, the seating area is large and accommodating, the grill was ready for use and there is a six top table for dining. Parking was a bit tricky, but we made it work. This is a super place in an excellent location. You are within walking distance to all the fun, shopping and food. Also, there is a grocery store 1/2 a block away. This is a great place to stay!
