THE PROPERTY: This 2-bedroom, 3 full bathroom townhome with boat docking on the water is a rare find in Key West. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living as you saunter out the oversized French doors onto your lanai. From there you can entertain friends, take a dip in the pool, or walk out to the water and launch your kayak. The outdoor space is fenced and adorned with palm trees and lush landscaping. A composite deck and loungers surround the seasonally-heated pool. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day on the water. Enjoy cocktails on the furnished lanai then dine under the stars. Moving back inside, you will find an open concept family room, dining area and kitchen. Here you will find stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and all the conveniences of home. The family room has a TV, ample seating for everyone in your party as well as a twin pull-out sleeper chair. A convenient full bath with shower is in the hall. Also located on the first floor is the bonus room, currently designed as an office with French doors.

Two ensuite bedrooms with closets and comfortable furnishings are located on the second floor. The primary king bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, which adds an airy ambiance to the room. Its full bath includes double sinks and a walk-in shower. Enjoy morning coffee on your bedroom’s balcony while taking in views of the dip pool. The queen guest bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, and its full bath includes a sink and tub/shower combination. Enjoy the cool outdoor breezes from its balcony. BED CONFIGURATION: The primary bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a twin pull-out sleeper chair for an occasional guest.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A pier leads out to the water, from which you can dock your 25-foot boat or view stunning Key West sunsets. The pool is heated seasonally (November-April) for an additional fee, which will be assessed at the time of booking. There is outdoor dining furniture and loungers, as well as an outdoor shower.

PARKING: This unit comes with one designated parking space.

LOCATION: Secluded location in the gated community of Gulfview Pointe on the Gulf. This home is just a short drive to bars, restaurants, and all the attractions on Duval Street. In the opposite direction, enjoy Key West pink shrimp with the locals at one of the many restaurants on Stock Island.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.
