VERBLIJF EEN BLOK VAN DUVAL ...
Prive huisje met een slaapkamer op Simonton Street een blok van Duval.  In totaal een slaapkamer, een badkamer met een open keuken en eethoek, plus een woonkamer.  Dit huis is perfect voor een of twee koppels of een klein gezin.  Ga lekker zitten, ontspan en geniet!  

FURNISHINGS ...
Rustige kleuren met een nautische inrichting voegen een mooi tropisch gevoel toe aan het huisje.   Voel je als je ontspannen en in de tropen, zowel binnen als buiten.  Hoewel dit een huisje met één slaapkamer is, voelt het ruim aan door de prachtige houten gewelfde plafonds in de woonkamer en keuken en mooie hoge plafonds in de slaapkamer.  Hardhouten vloeren en veel ramen voor natuurlijk zonlicht.  Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken die open staat voor de eetkamer, ideaal voor een bezoek tijdens het koken en een mooie, onlangs gerenoveerde complete badkamer met douche op een gunstige locatie in het midden van het huis. 

SLAAPREGELINGEN ...
Queen slaapkamer aan de voorkant van het huisje voorbij de woonkamer met een eigen ingang.  Slaapbank in de woonkamer ook met een eigen ingang voor het tweede paar of overnachtende gasten.  Dit huis is perfect voor een uitje van een paar dat bezoekers of 2 koppels kan delen.

DETAILS EN VOORZIENINGEN…
Een paar deuren verderop ligt Better Than Sex ... het populairste dessertrestaurant in Key West!  Ook gunstig gelegen op een steenworp afstand, zijn CVS, Papa John's, Stomerij, Metro en goede restaurants.  Het is de perfecte locatie voor overal waar u naar Key West wilt gaan, en het belangrijkste is dat het een blok van Duval is waar u winkels, kunstgalerijen en uitstekende restaurants vindt! Er is slechts beperkte parkeergelegenheid op straat, dus we raden aan om naar de Old Town parkeergarage te rijden of eenmaal geparkeerd in een straatparkeerplaats, om uw auto voor de duur van uw verblijf te laten staan, omdat alles op loop- of fietsafstand is en boodschappen kunnen op dezelfde dag worden besteld en geleverd!

Great place!

This is really a great space for a couple that enjoys being near the scene but not totally in the middle of the scene. Easy walk to both sides of the island and Duval street. We sat on the front stoop every evening and enjoyed the passersby and traffic. It’s a little noisy from the scooters and golf carts because you are close to the road but it still sleeps comfortably. Nice, cool and dark.Highly recommend using Beth at the concierge service. We had groceries waiting for us and set up a spa day thru her as well. Absolutely love key west and this a great spot to stay!

Property was great.....alittle close to neighbors but walk to town which was great. Parking is a huge problem and needs to be stressed alot more and where to park, also beaches are really far away and that needs to be stressed as well. House is not sound proof....people walking up and down street all night, roosters very loud all night and air conditioning unit is very loud.

Stay at 812 Simonton St

Excellent location. Main issues were most windows did not open and most were smoked glass so not much natural light. The bedroom was in the front on a busy street so quite noisy.Overall we loved the location and the process interacting with the property manager.

Fall Keys stay

Nice location and very clean but needs some extra touches. Kitchen chairs need cushions, almost impossible to sit for any length of time. Really the only comfortable seating is the couch. Get real throw rugs. The ones there are slippery and always rolling up. A trip hazard for sure. Fix the air conditioning. A cutting board in the kitchen would be a plus as well. When it trips on, it sounds like a train going thru the bedroom. Woke us every time. And lastly, a couple of cheap folding chairs so one could sit on the porch.

1year wedding anniversary

We found the tides on Simonton online and booked it immediately. When we arrived, the check-in process was very easy and the location is very nice. We ate down the street at Duffys twice during our stay and it is an amazing place. I highly recommend their prime rib. we will definitely be back

Comfy Cottage

Lovely cottage retreat! Very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen . I used the kitchen a lot. Nice dining table. Comfy medium - firm bed . Big bathroom with large shower . Great location right next to Duval. Air conditioning provided nice white noise for sleep even though street noise was almost nonexistent. Nice high ceilings. Excellent host Whitney responded to my few texts immeadiatly and made me feel welcome. I plan on coming back to this comfy retreat .

Prime location in Old Town

The location of this property was absolutely amazing - its worth staying here for that alone. Right in the middle of Old Town, our farthest walk to anything we had planned was 25 min and shortest being mere minutes. As other reviews have stated it is not the most up to date place, but that is not something I am concerned about when basically only using a place to sleep and spend the rest of my time in the beautiful weather exploring. I do wish the bathroom would have had a fan as it did get pretty humid in that room when showering. Another thing that is not necessarily a con, just something you should be aware of if you are looking to stay here is that because of the location it is not quiet or sound proof in any way. The layout has the bedroom right up next to the street and there are neighbors close on either side that you can hear very easily. Without intervention you can hear people walking by, conversations, scooters, trucks, cars, roosters (lol). We always bring a fairly loud white noise machine on vacation and kept the AC fan on at night so we were able to drown out the majority of the excess noise and had no problems, but if you didn't have either of those and are a light sleeper you will have a bad time. Would definitely stay here again - awesome location, great place to stay when exploring Key West. Check in and check out were extremely smooth and communication with host was great.

The house was a block of of Duval street which was convieneint for dinning out. The place was as advertised and nice. Do not rent a car here golf carts are the best means for getting around or bicycles.

Conventient location!

We loved our stay at this sweet little home. We rented a golf-cart for this visit, but we really didn't need it as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We had a lovely holiday, and would stay at this home again. :)

Nice property, concierge service was sub-par

My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate my 60th birthday. The property, and the management company were very good. However the concierge service was sub-par. Whenever I used the online service to make requests, our needs were never met. The most upsetting was a reservation for dinner on my birthday which was requested via telephone never came to fruition. My husband called three weeks ahead of time to request help with the reservation. He was assured that it would be taken care of, but that promise was broken. For those who plan a stay at this property - do not rely on this service.

Island quickie

The Tides was small but it is Key West. Had everything we needed except parking but we made do. Place was spotless and well stocked for our 2 night stay. Whitney was great in helping us with an early check in. Location 2 short blocks off of Duval. Nice neighborhood.

The property is in the perfect location to walk to all the sites. It contained everything we needed for a great stay in the keys. The only downside is parking which was an added expense.

Great little place to stay close to Duvall St. We were able to walk just about everywhere. We never even moved our vehicle. House was clean and commutation with the management company was great. I would totally recommend for a couple or very small family due to the size. When putting out the pull out sofa it leaves very little room to get to the restroom. Overall, great location and experience.
