Stay away, we got bed bugs in this property.
First off, the condo's location is great, and the layout and first-level entry was nice to have. The condo definitely needs updating and new carpet and furnishings, gross, stains everywhere. We overlooked this really enjoyed our stay and would of left a positive review. Now for the really bad, my 11 year old son came home covered in bed bugs, he slept in the downstairs lower bunk bed. We took him to the Doctor when we got home and she confirmed these were bed bug bites, and he had the lines of bites that are very common with bed bugs. Contacted the property manager once we got home, he was very quick to dismiss this claim and said it looked like allergies. My son has no allergies to date, not even seasonally allergies. He also had conflicting stories of who he sent over to check out the condo. Eventually, they said they had Orkin sent out, and no bed buds were found, the Orkin paperwork looked shady and they could have thrown away the mattress and cleaned up before they had out Orkin inspect. Needless to say, stay somewhere else, there are plenty of nice, clean spaces in Keystone, also stay away from SkyRun Vacation rentals if you want good service and clean places!
