There is new hardwood flooring in kitchen entryway and dining area, where guests can seat 6 comfortably at the dining table, with a chandelier overhead. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

Past the kitchen is the living room which holds a new Queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge on one part, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, baseboard heating as well as new carpet. From the living room is a private balcony overlooking River Run Village from this third floor unit.

The Primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, that can be tucked away in the armoire and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate vanity area with double sinks. The bedroom also has new carpet and new hardwood in the bathroom. The guest room features a Queen bed, new carpet and a flat screen TV as well. The second, guest bathroom is centrally located and offers a shower/tub combination and pedestal sink.
