Great Location
Nice condo in a very convenient location to the Keystone gondola. Don’t be put off by the Murphy bed. It opens up a lot of floor space in what is a studio unit.

Ski Stay
The accommodations were lovely. I would advise better kitchen pans and a few coffee mugs. Those small cups that come with dish sets are useless. The kitchen table was wood but there was a sticky film on it that I had to clean off.

Return to River Run
We had a great time reminiscing about our time spent in River Run a few years ago when we owned a condo here. It was a bit noisy at times with them putting a new roof on It was a huge inconvenience not being able to park in the gondola lot and having to park far away in the north parking lot due to having a Sprinter Van We had to shuttle back and forth each day.

No workers to be found
We had problems with the hot tubs and the sauna working and couldn't find anyone to talk to or get help from. Luckily I got ahold of someone the next day online and they helped. Also, the check in process was very weird, we had to go to a different building to get keys and it was hard to find, nothing was marked and directions were confusing. The place was very nice and quiet and relaxing though. The bed isn't too comfortable but we made it work.

Nice west facing, top floor, studio with great amenities. Sleeps four easily. Steps to gondola and food/shopping in River Run. 4:30pm check-in 10 am checkout is limiting.

Decent location but a bit worn out.
We paid a lot to stay right at River Run thinking we would be near the Gondola. We were on top of the pizza shop which was as far from the gondola as you could be in River Run. It was small as we expected but the beds were okay. It did need new blinds, a new coffee table, a new shower curtain and the fireplace did not work the whole time we were there. The pilot light kept going out. Also the unit had no blankets or quilts at all. When we called to ask for some we were given two thin (but full-sized) airplane style blankets. Enjoyed the outside hot tubs. Did not enjoy the slow elevators. Overall acceptable but not delightful.

Keystone Slopeside
There are many great properties around Keystone, but this studio is a walk-out into the Village. It has a pull-out sofa as well as a Murphy Bed and when both are opened, the room is small, but for a few people looking to be next to the slope - it's ideal.

The check in process was simple and straightforward, only negative was the fridge made a buzzing sound periodically that woke me up, but the condo was perfect for my son and i and an easy walk to the gondola lift

Property is located on the fifth floor, only one of the elevators worked the whole time of our stay and at the day of check out none were working at all. Very inconvenient, especially when you come from a day of skiing.

Small room 2-day trip
Property was in a great location. The ski lockers were very nice for storing gear. Only one of the two elevators worked and the single elevator took 5-10 minutes to get to the desired floor. Was looking for an early check-in but wasn’t available even though it was a small 1-bed apartment. The 1 bed in the unit was a Murphy bed which I thought would be fine but it was a horrible mattresss… really bad. The sauna and multiple hot tubs outside were great. My girlfriend said she felt dirty and grimy the whole time there (she wasn’t paying). I disagree though- the dishes and full kitchen and dishwasher were very clean. The one thing I thought was a little ridiculous was the super late check-in (4:30 pm) and early checkout (10:00 am)

1st Timers at Keystone
We were very happy with the location of this property and look forward to coming back again! Sally was SUPER HELPFUL! :) In the future if we are plan to use the shuttle transportation service again we will look for a property that has a lockbox so we will eliminate having to pick up and returning swipe cards.

Advantages: Excellent location-away from main road so no traffic noise large parking spots in the garage under building responsive management team Roku TV has xfinity and netflix and other services fast wifi comfy bed on top floor disadvantages: fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate for 30 minutes; speaking with residents this is a recurring problem had to empty own trash in garage basement

Spring Break get away

Condo was super convenient to everything in Keystone. Underground parking was great as well as ski locker. Condo is compact but has comfy beds and all you need for a ski getaway!

I Was looking forward to celebrating my birthday. Found the property to be located in an ideal location and pictures seemed to depict exactly what I was looking for. Upon arrival, there is no one to talk to. They simply have a key box where they leave instructions. Property was decent but not something I would consider “clean”. The issues began shortly after arriving. The room felt a bit colder than expected. Messed around with the heat through the night, temp dropped to under 50 degrees. We were so cold, we had to turn on the oven to try and warm up. Needless to say, we didn’t get any sleep. Called the emergency maintenance line at 6am. No answer. Called an additional 2 times then they finally answered at around 9am. They Said they got the messages but they were backed up. Maintenance finally arrived at 2:30pm with a space heater. Maintenance tech said “heat loss is a reoccurring problem in this unit”. He seemed genuine and was trying to do his best. At 4:30pm, another technician stopped by and said they had corrected the issue. The heat didn’t become fully functional until morning time the next day. There were no winter blankets. The fire place barely gave heat as it turned itself of every hour. Lack of sleep prevented us from enjoying the following day. Showering when it’s less than 50 degrees is not fun. The only time we had reliable heat was the day we checked out. Definitely not the way I wanted to spend my weekend.

This was my first trip to Colorado! My friend and I road tripped from minneapolis and keystone was the perfect midpoint for all the things we went to see this last weekend. The unit was everything we needed. Just took a moment to figure out where to get out keycards from.

Amazing Stay!
Thank you Silvermills and Summit County. We had a great stay with exceptional customer service. My spouse and I also loved the condo. My one complaint is that they did not warn us that due to COVID-19 the hot tubs were closed.

We stayed there for 5 nights and liked kitchen utensils and appliances. Internet was fast. Bathroom was clean. Some of the things that left lot to improve are Kitchen table was very sticky and dirty. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned properly. We contacted management about it and they said they will take care of it but they never did. They didn’t send anybody to clean it. Also, the bed was quite softer than we liked.

Very nice. Good River Run entry location with underground parking. Murphy bed was comfortable. I’d recommend a note inside the Murphy bed instructing to find pillows in closet, with clean pillowcases hanging over a hanger there. The TV controls were a little confusing.

Perfect for a ski trip stay!
We loved being able to walk right up to the gondola. The cabin was cozy and the perfect size. We were a little worried about how comfortable the murphy bed was going to be but it honestly wasn't bad. The heat stopped working in the middle of the night on us and I didn't know I could call an emergency number.. They sent space heaters out right away in the morning to make it right. We will definitely come stay here again! The hot tub outside is the perfect after-ski setting and the walkability was perfect for going to dinner and such! Loved every thing about this place. Thanks again!

The room was very nice. Kitchen was very large and had everything that we needed. Lobby and hot tub area was an added bonus of fun. Only problem we had was the elevator was not working properly during our stay but they seemed to be working on repairing them. Overall though it was a nice place to stay and would come back again.

Great place but not clean on arrival
Only complaint is that property wasn’t clean when we arrived. Trash was still in the trash bin in bathroom. Random unfolded bathroom towel in kitchen. Layer of dust on tv, coffee table and side table in living room. I had to do a little dusting myself before unpacking. But made the most of it. Great location!
