Take that long-awaited vacation and make your way to the beauty of Keystone at this gorgeous ski-in/ski-out condo offering unmatched views of the slopes! This is the only condo of its kind in the building that faces the slopes. With luxurious touches throughout, a stone fireplace to snuggle up beside, and a private balcony, there will be no reason to sacrifice any comforts of home here. After heading out for a day of fresh powder, return home for a homecooked meal prepared on the gas range in the full kitchen. For a bit more fun away from the mountain, the shared indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness facility on site are all great places to spend your days. When the stars come out, gather with loved ones for a movie on the flatscreen TV or grab a bit of alone time and draw a bath in the jetted tub!

Sitting within walking distance of the village, restaurants, and shops, there will be no need to venture far to soak up the best of Keystone. Skiers will obviously be clipping into their skis as soon as the sun comes up in the winter, as access to the mountain is right outside your front door. When summer comes around, the hiking trails and Keystone Bike Park will be a great way to get some exercise and soak up the great outdoors. If you want to venture out a bit, head over to Dillon Reservoir for some boating and lake activities just seven miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bad checkin process and no local help
We arrived to our unit and were supposed to be able to access the unit and garage from a lockbox. We could not get it open. Seems like we were given the wrong code. We called Vacasa and they tried to help but only has the same code as us. We were on ther phone with them for over an hour out in the cold Colorado weather.They were in a different country and could not send anyone local. We found and used the backup lockbox and got it open but it only had one one card. This is what we used the entire time. Not ideal for a group of 4 coming off the slopes at different times. We called the manager of the common placeto get extra keys but never got extra keys. We had no hot water the first 2 days. We tried to reach out to Vacasa and finally on our own got a property manger to come up and he fixed it after 2 days of no hot water. Unacceptable. There is no one local that can help or you can contact. And if that is the case than everything should run very smootly, which it did not. We have stayed at the Timbers before and we love the location and property, but we wil not stay in the unit again because of the checkin issues and lack of keysto get in and out of the building.

WORST VRBO EVER
Arrival: Power went out came back on, all TVs didn't work, called Vacasa Properly MGMT, they said we're sorry, they would ck into it, emailed instructions on trouble shooting, I called again, never heard back, 3 hours later TVs worked, NO Access Card to covered garage parking, No access Card to door that led to bridge towards Keystone village, called Vacasa again, same story, "So sorry" Received Access cards Day 2 @ 4ishpm, NO HOT WATER for showers for 4 days COLD SHOWERS, Luke tech came out Day 2, we checked hot water came on, then Day 3, NO HOT WATER! Luke had given us his cell, I called Vacasa again, no one came out, text & called Luke again, Day 3 around 7pm, he texted he would check with someone, told us showers by pool had hot water, called Vacasa, again They were sorry & report it. Spent all together close to 4 hours on phone to Vacasa, No information regarding pool or hot tub!! What was supposed to be a relaxing girl's trip, best friend flew up from Texas, was stressful, never experienced such HORRIBLE VRBO Treatment!!! Will never stay with property Management that is named Vacasa!!!

Nice place nice location
Stayed here for a ski vacation. The place was nice with all the kitchen items you need. Not enough pillows or linens( pillow cases) for beds. Lots of space and comfy beds. Not sure why the Timbers plays music in the pool area all night though. Never got to use hot tub as it was always full. Wi-Fi and parking was great. Would stay here again

Good location
The place was nice and just a short walk to the slopes. (Not exactly ski in/out). More of a 2 bed 2 bath, but someone could sleep on the couch if needed. The property and shared facilities are nice. We did have trouble getting a hold of Vacasa for assistance once at property.

Location, location, location
This is the best location for skiing at Keystone! The condo is beautiful and has great qualities. Comfortable beds, clean all over. Great layout, lots of room. We had trouble with parking passes and were hassled all week from the building owners that we only got 1 parking space, although the listing says 2. We spent hours on the phone with Vacasa, talking to a different person each time and no one was any help at all. Finally got a refund after the stay because we had to move a car to a paid lot. There were lots of broken things in the condo that we reported but feel like no one will get the message since Vacasa didn't respond to anything - we fixed the door handle on the deck door (it was off), and we kind of fixed the top rack of the dishwasher, because it was missing parts that kept it from falling off when rolled out, so several dishes were broken because of that (sorry), and the knob was broken off the dryer when we arrived (on the floor) so we had to use pliers to turn the dryer on. Also, there is a pull out couch in the living room, and what we thought was a pull out in the small open room is a disgusting couch with a child sized pull out that no one should sleep on! That is confusing in the listing. But other than the terrible communication with Vacasa, we loved the condo and loved the location. Thanks to the owners for having such a lovely condo and sharing it!
