'Strange maze of corridors, 3rd floor room was extremely small and difficult to move around in. Windows were on ceiling, making it impossible to open and close them or even get the room adequately dark inside. Spa was nice, but hot-tub was only warm, not hot. Overpriced place, but lovely staff that highly trained and welcoming. '

The Hotel Excelsior was a wonderful place to stay during my recent visit. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from all the major attractions and transportation hubs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable - a true home away from home.

'Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.'
