'Staff is friendly and helpful. Both swimming pools are great. Lovely breakfast is served at your table.
What was is bit annoying, and simultaneously a tip for the hotel. You're unable to pay with maestro.
Rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, but nice. Balcony is large. A tip for the hotel is to communicate to your guests. For example, tell them that you have to request housekeeping. In most hotels this is standard. Or maybe provide door sings.

'The resort was truly beautiful, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The location was stunning and really showed what a gem Lebanon is. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and the room was absolutely amazing I highly recommend it.
The only downside was that there were quite a few flies around the pool, and the beach could have been cleaner as there were some cigarette butts and plastic. With better maintenance, it would have been a perfect 10/10 – otherwise, everything was...
