'We stayed at the Lane Bay Villas for a second time this year and we are again so delighted of our stay. The staff is very polite and always trying to make you feel comfortable or provide you with everything you need. The house cleaning was excellent. The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. We felt among the nature with all the natural noise of birds, and water, it was great coming back here and thank you so much...

'Cons - remote location and steep prices in restaurants and bars - staff is rigid and lacking any awareness. Most speak no or little English. The rest is probably restricted by rules of the management. The typical “Thai friendliness” is nowhere to be found. - far to little drinking water provided in the room (2,5 liter for 6 persons) probably to sell more Italian water?!? Which they serve as standard, but they also have Thai water. - overall the place feels like the management is lacking...
