The upstairs level includes the main living quarters with a well-appointed kitchen offering granite countertops and a fully stocked spice and paper goods drawer for a family who loves to cook on vacation. The living and dining areas are spacious with comfy seating for everyone, a brand new 55” smart TV with video streaming options, and Bluetooth speakers for music. The living area opens to a sunny screened porch with plenty of seating, natural light and wildlife to view.

This Parkside Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, Just off the living room is the master bedroom and guest room. The master bedroom includes a king bed with Tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV, a private bathroom with double granite vanities and a tub/shower combo, beautiful lagoon views and access to the screened porch. The guest room is situated just across the hall with a queen bed and a freshly painted private bathroom with granite vanity and tub/shower combo. The twin bedroom is located downstairs with tv and access to the open deck and private dock. It includes a private bath with tub / shower combo that can be accessed via the hall for guests.

This villa has all the extras and offers a well-stocked reading library to borrow from. The screened in porch gets full sun and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beach read or afternoon cocktail.
