There is one kingsize bedroom with a large new wall-hung TV (56 inches), a work desk and chair and a walk-in wardrobe.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a full size bathroom with toilet, sink and large walk-in shower and a separate bath tub. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge kitchen-diner with new, large (56 inches) TV and French doors leading onto rear patio and lawned garden.

Fully fitted kitchen, a laundry room cupboard with washer and separate dryer in the hallway and a cloakroom.

Self check-in only. Key box code provided on evening before arrival.

Guest access
The whole house and garden.
Garden is also accessible through the side garden gate of the property.

For stays over 30 days, the gardener and external window cleaner will need access to the garden but the guest will be informed of when they will visit.

4 miles to Oxford. 10 minutes drive.
3 miles to Blenheim Palace, Woodstock. 5 minutes drive.
3 miles to Oxford Parkway Train Station (Direct services to London, Marylebone). 7 minutes drive.
There are bus stops to Oxford and Blenheim a 3-minute walk away.

Longer stays:

My cleaner Lindita will require access every 7-10 days on all bookings of 1 month or more to maintain bathrooms and floors.

My gardener John and my window cleaner Duncan will require access to the garden on all bookings of one month or more. The time and date will be organised to suit the guest.

On all bookings of two calendar months or more a £1500 host property protection security deposit is required to cover any accidental damages. If no damage occurs the deposit is returned after inspection 24 hours after departure.
