BOOKING CALENDAR/MINIMUM NIGHT STAY:
Our calendar opens 1 year in advance. Please reach out if you want to inquire about specific dates prior to the calendar opening. We generally have a seven (7) night minimum stay with the exception of some calendar dates requiring longer stays. Sometimes, we are able accommodate shorter stays and open those blocks as schedule gaps occur. However, we may also be able to accommodate shorter stays regardless of calendar - please message to inquire if the system doesn't let you book instantly.

DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy a vast tropical oasis of waterfalls and blooming gardens along quiet pathways leading to Wailea Beach. As the sun sets in the evening, lit Tiki torches and fire pits cast a magical glow throughout the grounds. Enjoy peace and serenity at the adults-only Makai lagoon pool. Families with children can frolic at the separate family-designated Mauka pool. Work-out in the fitness facility and when it is time to relax, pick your spot under complimentary two-person covered cabanas on the grass overlooking the beach, or have the attendants set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach in a reserved area.

Penthouse H-101 is an exceptional family owned and managed home that offers a unique, ground floor, corner location. No stairs are needed to access this 2200 sq. ft. private home and the 475 sq/ft corner lanai is perfect for entertaining, large family gatherings and watching beautiful sunsets.

The host had a binder full of great info from how things work at the condo to restaurants, excursions and things to do. We had coffee on the balcony every day which was so peaceful. There is a great set up on the balcony. A full dining table and chairs on one side and lounge chairs and comfy chairs on the other side facing the beach. The couches were nice for relaxing and the beds very comfortable. The condo is within walking distance of the beach but my 87 yr old mom couldn't walk that far so a call to the front desk sent a man with a cart to take her to the lower pool and she was able to walk from there. My family enjoyed how convenient the condo was to the shopping area next door. We were able to see hula dancers one day and a guitar duo the next. I would definitely recommend this villa.

One of the best located properties I have stayed on at Maui. Tucked between the Wailea shops and Grand Wailea hotel you have easy access to all the shopping you need, including luxury items and a grocery store.Condo is large, with a beautiful kitchen and nice large balcony with a partial ocean view.We would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to ask housekeeping not to come knock on the door until at or shortly after checkout time.

Linda’s villa was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Beautiful view, amazing indoor/outdoor living space. Convenient to everything. It was so nice to snorkel at our beach at 7 a.m., swing by one of the nearby coffee kiosks, pop into the hot tub to warm up and still be back at our villa by 8 a.m. for breakfast on the lanai. We were three couples and had plenty of space for both privacy and for communal gatherings. We do a lot of food prep on vacation and the villa had everything we could think of and much more. We used one refrigerator solely for beverages. Quick, easy in and out parking. The staff at the front desk, gate, the pools and beach went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Quick, clear and gracious communication from owner.

Perfect week in Wailea!

We had a fabulous stay in Wailea for a week in July! Linda the owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. The unit was just as described. The WBV staff was top notch, friendly, communicative and helpful! We traveled with my husband, children ( ages 12-17) and my mother (age 76). The unit fit us all comfortably with 3 full bathrooms- everyone had their own space! A full laundry washer was super helpful! The entry had a few baskets of beach toys, mats, a boogie board, goggles, etc. The unit has 2 full refridgerators and plenty of pantry storage for groceries. We BBQ'd on the balcony 2 of the nights which was wonderful! Door Dash will also deliver to the lobby. All the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of closet space! The unit is as the top of the complex hill which means a downhill walk to the beach and (super easy!) and an uphill walk from the beach to the unit. My husband and kids had no problem with the walk. My mom called the front desk when she needed a ride. They provided a golf cart from the bottom to the top of the hill any time from 8:00am- 8:00pm. They were by to pick her up within 4 minutes of her call- and super friendly! Directly behind the unit is the Wailea Shopping Village filled with restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. This walk is super easy and about 3 minutes away. The entire complex is private and requires a key (sensor wristband) to enter and exit the complex. We will be back!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Wailea Beach Villas! From the moment we booked, the communication with our host, Linda, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.The villa itself was perfect. It was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better, steps from the beach, with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The resort grounds are immaculate, peaceful, and secure.Linda went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless and memorable. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!

Perfect Vacation

This our favorite place to stay on Maui. Lovely, well-maintained condo with an ocean view and quick walk to pools and the beach. We spent some time every day at the adult pool, which is a quiet, beautiful setting. The gym was well-equipped. Linda was a responsive and terrific host. Despite a series of thunderstorms with 70mph winds that knocked out power our last night, we can't wait to return!
