Deze prachtige villa is ontworpen om binnen en buiten te wonen en beschikt over schuifdeuren die naar buiten leiden naar een ruime privé Lanai. Profiteer van dineren in de buitenlucht, een koele tropische bries, uitzicht op de tuin en een grote barbecue op gas op de open lucht.

Lounge op de Lanai en geniet van een tropisch drankje terwijl u geniet van de schoonheid van Maui. Deze accommodatie beschikt over een prachtig ontworpen woonkamer, moderne meubels, een volledig uitgeruste, gastronomische keuken met een ontbijtbar en ultramoderne apparatuur, een flatscreen-tv en overal wifi. Vervoer uw boodschappen en bagage gemakkelijk naar boven met uw eigen persoonlijke lift in uw unit.

De slaapkamer is ongelooflijk ruim en beschikt over een kingsize bed, een grote badkamer met ligbad, inloopdouche en een eigen Lanai! De tweede gast slaapkamer bevindt zich beneden met een queensize bed en een volledige badkamer. De bovenste verdieping beschikt over een derde slaapkamer met twee queensize bedden, een eigen badkamer en openslaande deuren naar een Frans balkon. De grote woonkamer biedt ook een halve badkamer voor de gasten om te gebruiken.

Deze twee verdiepingen tellende dorpshuis beschikt ook over centrale airconditioning, een full-size wasmachine en droger, een eigen garage, overdekte carport over de oprit voor een tweede voertuig, strandstoelen en badhanddoeken om te gebruiken op het strand of bij het zwembad van het pand!

Ho'olei beschikt over een prachtig zwembad met een waterval, een zandstrand voor kinderen en 2 jacuzzi's om van te genieten. Voel je vrij om de strandlakens in je unit mee te nemen naar het zwembad om te gebruiken! Er is ook een fitnesscentrum naast het zwembad en een overdekt keukenpaviljoen. Massages aan het zwembad zijn ook beschikbaar! Dit is een gated community met 24-uurs beveiliging beschikbaar.

Toegang tot het strand ligt direct aan de overkant van de straat door het aangrenzende resort. U kunt dineren in een van de restaurants van het resort, en spa-afspraken maken in nabijgelegen gebouwen, maar houd er rekening mee dat toegang tot het zwembad in de aangrenzende resorts niet is inbegrepen bij uw reservering in deze Ho'olei-villa.

This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

Perfect Wailea Retreat

The location and luxury of this house make it a perfect retreat for a family looking to gather in the heart of Wailea. You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

The property is beautiful, in a great location. We had 7 adults & were extremely comfortable. The villa was well stocked, better than we expected. The only issues we had were the dish washer did not work. We called & repair man showed up within an hour & said it was fixed, but we continued to have the same issue. Also limited space to hang wet swimsuits & towels. A few hooks in the laundry room, bathrooms or even garage would have been nice.

Perfect!!!!

This was the perfect unit for our family of four. From the three bedrooms, to the spacious lanai, to the short walk to the pool, it fit all of our needs. The short walk to the beaches and shops and close proximity to golf courses were a bonus, as well. While we were out enjoying Maui during the day, we looked forward to coming back to our beautiful condo in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer gave us a mid vacation wardrobe boost. The communication was spot on throughout our stay. Kaitlin even suggested a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary at. If we plan to return to Maui in the future, we will try this property first!

Road noise is a major issue that just can't be overlooked. I live in the city, and I want to get away from the noise, so this was a huge letdown that I couldn't relax on the lanai without listening to the traffic. Good thing the doors and windows do a good job of sound isolation.

Great place to stay!

My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great! - Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun! - Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together! - Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable! - Great swimming pool in the community! - Walkable distance to the beach! - The host was very helpful and responsive! Here are some tips for future visitors: - As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead! - Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool. - If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!

Nice place, if you can get in and everything worked.

We were not given the entry code to the gate, so we spent up to 20 minutes outside waiting for other residents to pull-up and let us in. We were provided the gate code two days after our arrival and after our email requesting the same. The washer in the unit did not work. The key fobs randomly deactivate, and it has nothing to do with your cell phone.
