Dit appartement is professioneel gerenoveerd, kijkt uit over een tropische tuin en heeft een gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de oceaan.
Onze op volwassenen gerichte unit heeft twee grote FLAT SCREEN-tv's, high-end meubels in tropische stijl, waaronder een kingsize bed & queensize bank, Tommy Bahama-salontafel en vele kunstwerken van hoge kwaliteit.
Gratis kabel-tv en draadloos internet zijn ook inbegrepen, dus neem uw draadloze apparaten mee.
Onze unit is centraal gelegen in het resort, zonder lawaai van de weg, en het is een gemakkelijke 3 minuten lopen naar "Kam III" strand of 1 minuut naar de zwembaden en spa's.
Onze bijgewerkte keuken is een verrukking van de chef en is uitgerust met items die u dagelijks nodig hebt. Veel borden, glaswerk, kookgerei, broodrooster, koffiebonenmolen & -maker, blender, messen, etc. We hebben ook een extra wijnkoelkast.
Er is een nieuwe wasmachine en droger in de unit met een strijkijzer en strijkplank voor uw gemak.
Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Daarnaast delen we strandhanddoeken, parasol, koeler en Tommy Bahama strandstoelen, voor uw excursies.
De betegelde buiten Lanai is perfect voor zonsondergangdrankjes of een ochtendbrunch. Geniet ook van een heerlijk briesje met de veiligheid van onze vergrendelde voordeur met beveiligingsscherm.
Resort voorzieningen omvatten goed onderhouden terrein, slingerende paden naar het strand en zwembaden, twee bubbelbaden (een is alleen voor volwassenen), kinderbadje, een fitnessruimte, vier tennisbanen, barbecues en looppaden om te wandelen. Er is een zwembadbalie waar u excursies op het eiland kunt boeken.
Het ligt op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en mijlen van stranden van wereldklasse. Andere nabijgelegen activiteiten omvatten golfen van wereldklasse, snorkelen, body surfen, opstaan paddle boarding, kajakken en varen avonturen zoals walvissen kijken, duiken, vissen, diner cruises, etc.
Andere gratis dingen op het terrein: een gratis oriëntatie bij het zwembad op uw eerste volledige dag in Maui; een Mai Tai-feest aan het zwembad elke woensdagmiddag, met live Hawaiiaanse muziek en dans.
Er is gratis koffie en van 07.00 tot 09.00 uur in de lobby en de krant is dagelijks verkrijgbaar bij het zwembad.
Onze toegewezen parkeerplaats ligt dicht bij de unit.
We bieden late check-outs tegen 1/2 van het nachttarief voor een verblijf van meer dan 7 dagen.
Extra:
Schoonmaakkosten van $ 150 plus belastingen en een eenmalige resorttoeslag van $ 65 moeten worden betaald aan de receptie bij het inchecken.

The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect. You are close to the pool so if you need anything from your condo, it’s a right there. Bottom floor so you have an open green space right off your back deck, with an ocean view in the distance! The location to the ocean is so prime. 5 mins walk and your toes are in the sand! Gwen and Dennis have provided a cooler, all the beach gear you can think of, chairs/towles/goggles and more for their guests. The communication was excellent with them. They were very pleasant to coordinate with :) thanks again!

This condo is clean and modern and in an awesome location, just a short walk to Kam 3. We loved the ground floor location, which made it so easy to go to the pool, less than a minute walk from the condo. The resort is so pretty with manicured grounds and many beautiful flowers. The condo is super well equipped, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We also appreciated having spices and oils we could use. We had a late flight home and were able to pay for a late check out time. The ability to do this added a whole day onto our vacation! Gwen was an excellent host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is considering renting it!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite spot to stay! The apartment location is very convenient with its own patio with the most beautiful view. The pool area, gym and renting booth is 30 seconds away. The beach is right across the street! The hosts were very welcoming leaving a welcome gift and a sweet note! Had everything we would need including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. Definitely recommend for a family vacation home! Can’t wait to be back!

We had a great vacation in Maui. The condo was fantastic, beautiful furnishings with a Hawiian theme. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more. As soon as the groceries were put away, it felt like we were home.

Me and my husband came for our honeymoon. The space we rented from Gwen and Dennis was so lovely. the check in process was easy. Just a quick walk to the beach, whether to hang out there for the day or just to see the sunset. The pool is very close to the room and it was amazing having a first floor unit. Gwen and Dennis were so nice to deal with and left a few goodies as a welcome gift! They have most of the amenities you will need for the week! The only recommendation I have is if possible stop by the condo before going grocery shopping to ensure you don’t have to go back out again, or buy stuff that they already have!

We were traveling with family for this visit and had family members staying in several condos in building 5. We loved this location (both in Kihei and in the complex). Being on the ground floor makes coming and going particularly easy, while the condo itself was a great place to relax and meet with other family members during our trip. We spent much of the time on the lanai, as it was very comfortable to sit and chat or just watch the sun go down. The trade winds cooled the condo nicely, though the AC also helped take the heat out of the air at times. Communication with Gwen was AMAZING. She was really on top of things and provided great information before and during our trip. Of the three condos our family stayed in during this trip, Gwen was the first to inform us of some planned, complex-wide, work that was going to have to be done while we were there and checked on us to make sure that all was well. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. This was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all. Thanks Gwen!

The property was just as described and was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home with during our family vacay! We were pleasantly surprised to arrive to a thank you note and welcome gifts. Our friends were staying in other units in bldg 9 and there’s weren’t nearly as nice as this one. The location of our unit had a beautiful morning view and a huge grass lawn steps away from the pool. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but the cabinets were loaded with enough stuff to host a party. I was initially concerned about not having central air (just a wall unit in the family room) but between the ceiling fans and the wall unit it was surprisingly comfortable. Would recommend this property and plan to return in the future!

I booked this 1-br condo at the last-minute for my daughter, her fiancé, and 15-month old grandson. We loved the fact that it is a floor-level condo in Building 5, allowing my grandson to play in the grassy area. It is also steps to the swimming pool and one of the BBQ areas. The only thing that was unsatisfactory for my daughter’s stay was the washer. There was a sign posted on the washer indicating that they fixed it to the best of their ability. Still, it was an extremely frustrating process for her to be able to wash clothes efficiently. Other than that, they enjoyed their stay in the condo and would rent again.

We love this place. Everything was perfect. Very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The unit was beautifully remodeled with attention to detail and had nice furniture. We enjoyed the patio with a peekaboo view of the ocean. The condominium complex is well managed, and their swimming pool was nice. The complex is located across the street from a beach. We could walk to the beach in 5-10 min. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!

This is an excellent place to stay! Check in process was made simple by the owner. She answered all of my questions, including questions I didn't know I had. I would stay here again. Beach in front of the condo was wonderful. You can walk to plenty of places to eat. Just overall, a wonderful and clean place to stay.

We are so happy that we changed our plans from staying at the local popular hotel to this apartment. We had more room and flexibility with meals for half the cost. Very nice resort with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The place was what I expected. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities and then some. I would definitely rent this unit again. One item of note. The front door did not close to lock on its own. I had to pull it shut to lock. I only had to pull it like an eighth of an inch. Thank you for helping get settled in. Loved the place and my experience.

The accommodations at the property were fantastic! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Gwen was very helpful whenever we had a question. The location was 5 minutes from the beach. You can see the water from the condo patio. The condo resort also had a pool, hot tubs, grills, and they kept them clean every day. The pool also has live music on Wednesdays. Kihei was the best location on Maui, in my opinion. It was the least commercial area of Maui for tourists looking for a beach. There were so many nice local shops, restaurants and businesses.
