Deze mooie derde verdieping een slaapkamer, een badkamer 655 vierkante voet naar huis in het populaire Kihei Akahi Resort is gerenoveerd, uitnodigend, schoon en comfortabel. De meubels en inrichting zijn warm en kleurrijk. De stijl is eigentijds met Aziatische en tropische invloeden. De eigenaren hebben dit object in oktober 2011 gekocht en de volgende items zijn NIEUW: Alle meubels, decoraties, beddengoed, servies, koelkast, magnetron, gasfornuis en oven. NIEUWE porseleinen tegelvloeren overal (geen tapijt dus het is geweldig voor mensen met allergieën). Travertin tegels in de keuken, hal en badkamer inclusief granieten keuken en badkamer aanrecht. Nieuwe inloopdouche travertijn. De keuken is volledig uitgerust voor al uw behoeften, samen met gefilterd koud kraanwater. Het is niet nodig om flessenwater te kopen. Nieuwe plafondventilatoren in woonkamer en slaapkamer inclusief licht en sanitair. De hele unit is pas geverfd. Dit appartement beschikt over een nieuwe storm / veiligheidsdeur met slot. Dit huis zal comfortabel slapen 2 personen en biedt een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer met een tweede 22 "flatscreen-tv. De woonkamer heeft een nieuwe comfortabele bank om op te ontspannen met een 40-inch flatscreen-tv, Blu-Ray / DVD / CD-speler en Bluetooth-radio en iPod-dock. Nieuwe queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Dit appartement heeft gratis beveiligde 5G hi-speed Wi-Fi internettoegang voor uw laptop en AC in de woonkamer. Er is gratis onbeperkt bellen naar het vasteland van de VS en Canada. Van de Lanai ervaring uitzicht over prachtig aangelegde tuinen, met gedeeltelijke oceaan en Mount Haleakala uitzicht. Het strand en de zon liggen buiten en de winkels en restaurants van Kihei en Wailea liggen op enkele minuten afstand. We hopen dat u geniet van uw verblijf in het paradijs.

Het goed onderhouden Kihei Akahi-complex heeft twee zwembaden, barbecues en een tennisbaan, omgeven in een tropisch aangelegde omgeving. Dit complex ligt direct aan de overkant van het populaire Kamaole Beach Park II en nog vijf minuten wandelen naar de grens van Wailea en vervolgens Keawakapu Beach.
Het maximale aantal gasten toegestaan in dit appartement is drie. Er is $ 20 per nacht voor de derde gast.

Better equipped than average Kihei Condo

This unit had a well equipped kitchen and better than average assortment of beach toys / chairs / used snorkel gear. Only deficiency was the lack of a working safe. When a minor issue was brought to the property manager’s attention it was address satisfactorily within 24h.

December Getaway

Have stayed at Kihei Akahi several times and love its proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Older complex but well maintained grounds. The room was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. Kitchen Cupboards looking a bit worn and the screens to the bedroom windows need repair. Overall pretty clean but could use freshen up of bed skirt and needs a deep spring clean .

Perfect honeymoon location

Kihei Akahi was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon on Maui! It had everything we needed for a beach day and was furnished well for when we decided to stay in. It is conveniently located near many shops and places to eat as well as across the street from the beach. We hope to be back in the future for another stay, we definitely enjoyed our time.

Great condo and location

My wife and I greatly enjoyed the condo. It’s close to a nice beach with plenty of sand, sea, and snorkeling, as well as restaurants and shopping. The condo is well equipped with almost of all what we needed. Communications with the management company was excellent and responses to 2 small needs were prompt. The condo facilities are also great and the landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Great location, great property

We stayed in this condo for 7 nights, and I don't think we could find a better combination of quality, location, price and conveniece. We got used to A/C running while it's hot outside but here even with portable fans and open windows we weren't sweating in December. The property is well-located with a short distance to cafes/restaurants, beaches as well as logistically close to main "far" destinations comparing to other parts of the island. Great experiece. Highly recommend.

Everything You Need

Being a former Maui resident, I knew the location of this property is excellent. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants and shops (I rented a stand-up paddleboard and walked with it to the beach, just a block or two away). A grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Although the condo is fairly small, the layout uses the space well. The thing that impressed me most was how well the condo is supplied. From dishes to cookware to toiletries (incl. sunscreen) to beach gear (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, snorkel gear) and more, about the only thing we needed to buy was food. The quality of the items supplied was good, too. Not the mishmash of "garage sale" quality dishes, cookware, utensils, etc that you sometimes run into in a vacation rental. The king size bed was a bit too hard for my wife but I was OK with it. The living room is nicely furnished and even had an impressive supply of DVDs. There is a small ocean view, if you are at one end of the balcony. Although the condo has a 3rd floor number (313), it is actually on the 2nd floor of the building, which is on a slight hill (that level is the 3rd floor on the other end of the building). We really liked the keyless (code) entry - no keys to worry about. The resort pools are fairly small but were not crowded when we used them - water was a nice temperature. We were very pleased with our 8 day stay.

The condo is located in a great location just minutes from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed! They even had beach towels and chairs which were very handy. Would stay again on a return trip to Maui :)
