Spectaculair UITZICHT OP DE OCEAAN.
Loop naar het wereldberoemde Kamaole lll Beach Park - perfect om te zwemmen, snorkelen en prachtige zonsondergangen!
Vegen uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf uw Lanai. Dit ruime appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd met alle nieuwe tegels, laminaatvloer, douchewanden met dubbele douche in master bad. De tegel heeft speciale glazen mozaïekafwerking. Het appartement is recentelijk geheel geverfd.
Split A / C in ALLE kamers! ! ! Wij zijn een van de weinige appartementen met deze functie.

We streven er voortdurend naar om de voorzieningen en meubels te verbeteren om uw verblijf in dit prachtige appartement een onvergetelijke reis naar de eilanden van Maui te maken.

Dit apparaat is stil en slechts 15 ft van liften naar uw voordeur. Geen trappen naar boven halen. We zijn ongeveer 300 voet naar de brekende golven en 125 voet naar de fantastische zwembaden.

Deze accommodatie heeft 2 zwembaden, buitendouches, toiletten, 2 bubbelbaden, een trainingsruimte en een activiteitenbureau. Elke woensdag tussen 15.00 uur geniet u van GRATIS MAI TAIS, hula-dansen en muziek aan het zwembad!

Kamaole Sands eigendom is een zeer gewilde eigenschap die warm en gastvrij is voor zowel gezinnen als singles. Het prachtige terrein wordt dagelijks verzorgd en getrimd voor het bekijken van de oceaan; zwembad en watervallen in het hele resort.

Uw appartement ligt op een zeer gunstige locatie ten opzichte van alle voorzieningen en op loopafstand van restaurants; winkels en stranden. Kamaole Sands heeft een zeer gemakkelijke toegang tot de snelweg, gemakkelijke boottoegang en gemakkelijke wandeling naar het strand.

Computers zijn tegen betaling beschikbaar bij de receptie, maar houd er rekening mee dat u gratis WiFi in uw appartement heeft zonder extra kosten

We had the best stay at Susan’s place! First off, it is absolutely beautiful and spotless! She provides more than you can ask for. Coolers, beach chairs, ice packs, etc, were all there and available to use. The condo is within walking distance to most everything…beaches, food trucks, restaurants, you name it. We wanted to extend our stay for a late check out, and she was very quick to respond, and the late check out made our last day so much more relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. The grounds are amazing, the pool is beautiful, parking was easy and right by the room. There was not a single thing to complain about. Everything from check in to check out was easy and we loved Susan’s place!

Amazing Place

Such a beautiful place. One block from one of the nicest beaches in Maui. The property was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are renovated and beautiful! Very homely feeling. The property is nice the pool is a nice way to relax after a beach day. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting something close to the beach and town. Susan was excellent with her communication. We had one minor internet issues and she came over right away and fixed it.

Lovely Kitchen

This condo unit has a large, remodeled modern kitchen with everything you need. The island is huge! The view from the lanai of ocean one way and mountains the other is amazing. The property manager is easy to contact and is attentive to concerns or needs.

Great Stay at Kamaole Sands!

Me and my family had a great time staying at at this place. We had a great view of the water and had a great kitchen and seating area to have dinner time. Also me and my family really appreciated the beach chairs provided at the place. The owner Susan was also very responsive to any of my questions in a quick manner. I would defintley want to book again.

Great Family Getaway

Our family from Oahu was able to book a last minute stay for Spring Break and Susan’s unit at Kamaole Sands was perfect! We had all the comforts of home while being able to play tourist in beautiful Maui. We spent days at Big Beach, walked to many local eateries, drove to upcountry Makawao and Kula and just relaxed at the pool. Susan was super responsive and can’t wait to book with her again soon. Great location

Great location. Great view from the balcony. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use any of the items like the chairs and such but it seemed to have everything we would need. Place was clean but the comforter in the downstairs rooms smelled musty. The loft room and bathroom is bigger than the downstairs room but we let our daughter stay in the loft because we didn’t want to lug our luggage up those little stairs for one night. The balconies are really close together. The pool looked decent but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Great that there is a garbage shoot on the second floor. There are tennis courts as well, and a gentleman was doing lessons. He saw my 9 year old watching and asked if she wanted to try so she got to go try it out for $10 for 30 mins and got a little gift after. She was really happy to do that. Overall, I think the price for one night was wayyyy too much. The place smelled a bit musty. But… the location is hard to beat. The beach is across the street and you can walk to most of the shops/restaurants. There was some miscommunication because I couldn’t send or see messages on the VRBO app from the other side of the island, but otherwise I had no problems with the owner.

This is absolutely a great property in an excellent location. The condo is very roomy and open with very nice updates all around. The property itself is very nice with excellent amenities which we fully enjoyed. Location is great, across the street from a nice uncrowded beach, along a business street full of local shops & eateries. The owner, Susan, is great very professional and excellent at communicating upfront expectations and helpful insight. This made our family's Christmas holiday a joy.

Peaceful, convenient and calming

We loved our stay here: the beautiful view off the balcony especially at sunset, the convenience of having everything we needed to cook (as eating out gets pricey in Hawaii), plus having the beach just a few steps away. Grateful for how thoughtful host has been about making everything seamless and easy, down to the paper plates and ziplock bags available. We loved all the beach gear!!! Saved us so much money- costs like 99 to rent just snorkel gear. I looked at a lot of different condos in this same Kamaole Sands complex, but I’m glad we picked this one. Being the first building makes for easy trips to beach, parking, pool, etc. Only thing that could have made the stay nicer would be having shampoo and conditioner available.

Thanksgiving in Maui

My husband and I had a relaxing time in Maui with our two girls over the weekend. The place was pretty clean, quiet and big enough where we didn’t feel cramp. We spent most of our time out exploring the island and location wasn’t to far of a distance from Wailea area. Susan is also very responsive to my questions and the whole check-in process was quick. We will be doing another staycation to Maui in the near future as Oahu is only a short flight away.
