The perfect stay
This was the perfect stay in Maui! This apartment was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys/gear. Location was perfect with the only small complaint being parking can be hard to find(especially with a larger vehicle) in the evening. Host was amazing. Quick to respond to messages both before and during our stay. This was our first trip to Maui and we hope to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful place!
Overall such a wonderful relaxing visit. Place was perfect for us and friends to visit and reconnect. Loved that we had access to bbq’s. We picked up some local meat and watched a beautiful sunset. Walking distance to a lot of places. Perfect location to drive to beaches. A very quiet and peaceful place . Condo was clean, and comfortable. Will visit again. Owner was easy to work with and very kind and responsive to any questions I had. . Easy communication and overall such a wonderful experience to add to our trip.

Wonderful stay!
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Plenty of room, 2 bed/2 bath (with king sized beds!). Clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, right on the beach, no road to cross! We would definitely stay here again!

This stay worked well for us and nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. It had everything we needed and the location worked well for going different places on the island. Well stocked with beach toys although we didn’t use them.

Home away from home!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. Everything was as described with amenities on site and within our condominium,. With poolside and rooftop barbecues, private pool, and a local restaurant within the complex that served amazing food. The location was excellent with access to all shops and amenities just a short drive away and many beaches or parks within 5 to 10 minute walk. I highly recommend this condominium that has a wonderful ocean sunset view with a very lovely host (Sharon) and if we do come back, we will certainly stay again!

Great place, location, little piece of heaven!
Had a great stay for 12 days. Sharon was great in all communications and answering any questions we had. The place was very nice, clean, spacious as per all the other comments. Location was perfect to get out to other sites, and the property is very well kept. The walled in area off the beach was great for kids. A bit shallow but that's probably a good thing for smaller kids or just splashing around. There were turtles along the wall every day. Anywhere between 2 and as many as 14 one day. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven Sharon. We are already trying to see when we van come back :)

Fabulous stay
The condo/property was an excellent choice! All reviews are accurate about gorgeous views, manicured grounds, private feel, sea turtles, and location! Rooftop was a fun experience. The convenient location was such a great springboard for all of our island excursions and activities. We spent most of our days out & about exploring Maui but the condo was a great start and end to our day! Coffee on the lanai, grilling at sunset, prettiest back drop for shuffleboard, views from the grounds/rooftop, turtles sunning on the rock wall. The beds were comfy, new washer/dryer (very nice), kitchen essentials & condo equipped with paper goods, soaps, beach chairs & towels, cooler, snorkel equipment, to name a few. We appreciated that Sharon was always quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions. Condo has a/c but we preferred the lovely trade winds for cooling. Monsoon restaurant (on site Indian cuisine) was excellent and we loved sitting by the open windows with ocean views & tiki torches. Don’t forget to visit Ululani’s Shaved Ice and the Farmers Market next door. So fun! Highly recommend this condo/property! Mahalo!!

Perfect family vacation!
Sharon’s place is exactly what we were hoping for. Great beach for kids, views galore, great location and sea turtles. Our 3 kids (ages 8-12) fit well in the king room with the extra fold down couch. There are beach chairs, towels, snorkels, boogie boards and everything you need for a great beach vacation. The grills available by the pool and on the roof are quite convenient. Sharon was very responsive and helpful anytime we sent a message. The only problem was when we ran out of vacation time and had to return home. Can’t wait for our next trip to hopefully stay here again!

Sharon was so accommodating and a great communicator. This place has a beautiful beach out front and a small pool as well. The property is immaculate. Maui Sunsets
Very good location on the west side of Maui in Kihei. Sharon, the owner, was very easy to work with and answered our pre-stay and during our stay clearly and in a timely manner. Pool at the complex was very well maintained as were the grounds around the complex. Walkable/swimming beach at the complex. Apartment was clean upon our arrival and kitchen had plenty of plates, pots/pans, glassware, and silverware. Good appliances and the slow cooker was a bonus. Air conditioners in both bedrooms and the front room worked well as did the ceiling fans. Grills on the property roof and near the pool were cleaned every day and worked well. Easy to get to East Side of Island to enjoy the Road to Hana. We downloaded the App that gave a narration of the road at a rate that didn’t overtake the ride. Grocery stores, Costco, Safeway, Walmart, etc are short distances away. Plenty a breweries and coffee plantations to enjoy. Ask the owner about the availability of her car for rental - worked great for us. Highly recommend that you consider this property,. Thanks Sharon for helping us enjoy your property and Maui.

Beautiful condo complex and grounds
The unit itself was great, I loved the floor plan and the decor. The ancient rock wall was so great for my kids who have never swam in an ocean, it helped them (and myself!) warm up to the idea of swimming in an ocean, there are no waves and it's very shallow! We also saw turtles sleeping on the beach and rocks every am from 6-8am. Also, there's a beach behind the ancient wall you can walk to if you're craving waves to boogie board! Sharon was very quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay, she was always polite and helpful. We entered the unit about 50 mins before check in and the house keeper was there and she was great and very nice, she didn't mind us putting our stuff in our rooms and we walked to the beach down below while she finished up. Our favorite places to eat were Kihei cafe and PAIA Fish Market right across street from Kalama Park (about 5 min drive). The road noise was bothersome from the bedroom closest to the front door, luckily our kids are hard sleepers but if that were my bedroom, I would be very annoyed! I suggest a noise maker to put in the closet for guests to use. It gets very very windy around noon and stays that way the rest of the day but if you drive to Wailea area there is no wind. For that reason, we wouldn't stay in North Kihei again. Everything else about this property was fantastic!!!

Paradise on Maui
Property was clean, excellent location near shopping. Kitchen had spices, soaps, paper products. I would of liked more towels in the bathrooms we had to go buy extra hand towels and wash rags. Sharon was so helpful when we ask to check out at 3:00 instead of the 10:00 scheduled time since we had a later flight. She arranged the cleaning to be done later so we could stay an extra 5 hours at no extra cost. I would definitely say here again.

Perfect location---on great beach
The location was ideal for a toddler. The rock wall on the beach just down from the condo was the perfect play place and to either side of this was beaches with more waves. Definitely will try to book again next time.

Excellent property, manager had thought of everything…Clorox wipes under the sink, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, towels (and sunblock, mosquito repellent and aloe from previous renters so they’re used) for the beach, washer/dryer and detergent in unit, vacuum and broom, cable TV and Netflix, full kitchen (rice pot, crock pot, coffee maker with filters, dishwasher…), ocean view from lanai and rooftop. We had a fabulous and relaxing time. Will stay again!

Week in Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished with all supplies needed. Check in was easy. The grounds were beautifully kept. Communication with Sharon beforehand was excellent. She responded very quickly to any questions I had. Magical experience
Our first visit to Maui was absolutely magical. The location of this property couldn't have been any better and the view from our porch and the roof top patio were stunning. Very first VRBO experience/Maui trip
This is our very first VRBO experience and I must say it... FIVE stars! 1. Location - if ever we‘ll get a chance to go back in Maui, I would pick the Kihei location again. It’s central to all our planned go-to spots. Now the location of the rental, beach front... unlimited view of the sunset. The beach also have man made barrier that can be helpful with families with younger kids. For the not so young, you can bring your floaties and lounge all you want without worrying you’ll be swept away far towards the ocean. We also saw few turtles on the beach which is so cool! They have BBQ grills by the pool and the also on the rooftop. They also have an I dian restaurant which we didn’t get to try that seems busy when we passed by couple times. *the rental- very very homey! Very clean and with really nice decor. The kitchen is well stocked up with seasonings, utensils, kitchen stuff. The owner allowed us to check in an hour earlier and is very quick to reply on any of our inquiries. Overall, the stay has been awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us and felt centralized to everything on the island. The condo had everything we needed and more for our 10 day stay. It was quiet there and we never heard our neighbors on any sides or above us. The property manager was very easy and quick to respond to us. While we may not be back to Maui for a while we would certainly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

First time in Kihei
This location really grew on me with each day. It’s not located in the busy part of Kihei which is a positive for us. It is right next to a small park and a Whale Sanctuary headquarters (? Don’t remember the name) If I had small children, I would have spent our time at the fish pond. It’s the perfect spot for families with little kids. There is also a pool which we never did use. The location seemed central for our activities: snorkeling down at the beaches in Wailea, close to kiting/winging beaches and visiting friends in Makawao lastly close to the airport. Early morning walks are lovely. The wind seemed to come up later in the day which kept the condo comfortable. We used the beach chairs and towels that were provided. It is a well stocked condo. I would suggest carving out some space in the closet so a guest could hang some clothing in there. I got creative. The condo is comfortable and was the perfect size for us. The Indian restaurant located downstairs is delicious and at sunset they open the windows facing the beach. So convenient that we ate there twice! We saw turtles Right off the beach and whales spouting in the distance. Perhaps, adding an extra chair for the lanai to seat 3 people (or 4?) would be nice. Aloha!

Wonderful Vacation
The property was the perfect location for our family, especially our child under 2. The amenities were fantastic and Sharon was a very quick communicator. Beach chairs, pack n play, beach umbrella, washing machine- you name it, Sharon has it! We even left a wonderful set of sand toys for the next family to use! Kihei location is close to some wonderful and popular spots for Malasadas, shaved iced, and food trucks! We would love to come back to this property as it was extremely taken care of and welcoming!

Amazing rental!
Great experience! We tend to stay at hotels 95% of the time because our past experiences in VRBO have been unpleasant, until now. Sharon was very helpful, available, and prompt with communication. We ran into a little unpredictable hiccup and she took care of it right away. The place was as described and more, had everything from beach chairs, to boogie boards, noodles for Kids to swim in, snorkel gear, cooking stuff, for pace was comfortable and clean.
