Aloha! Welkom bij ons thuis weg van huis en uw persoonlijke uitje om te ontspannen en te regenereren. Of dit nu je eerste reis naar de Valley Isle is of je bent een regelmatige bezoeker, bedankt dat je ons de mogelijkheid hebt gegeven om je als onze gast te ontvangen.

Bougainvillea-109 is een van de grootste 1bedroom / 2bath hoekeenheden op het terrein met 1287 sqft die de belangrijkste Lanai omvat. Een extra wrap-around prive-binnenplaats en tuin Lanai zijn uit de slaapkamer.

Laat in ware eilandstijl uw zorgen en schoenen bij de deur achter als u de betegelde hal betreedt die naar de vernieuwde luxe keuken leidt. Subway tegels backsplash accentueert de granieten toonbank en nieuwe zwarte en roestvrijstalen apparaten geven een moderne uitstraling met de frisse witte inlegpaneelkasten met zelfsluitende laden en deuren. De kersen eettafel biedt plaats aan 4 met 2 barkrukken op het eiland om rond te hangen met de kok.

Het nieuwe decor in de extra grote woonkamer heeft een smaakvolle eiland-uitstraling met een comfortabele sectionele, schildpad / glazen koffie & bijzettafeltje en een design slipper stoel. Het entertainmentcentrum heeft een 70-inch flatscreen-tv en de design houten kast kan worden omgezet in een queensize bed.

2 10 ’schuifdeuren openen naar de grote Lanai met uitgebreid grasgebied. Geniet van een diner bij zonsondergang aan de tafel of zon met een goed boek en een glas wijn terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op de oceaan.

De grote badkamer heeft granieten aanrecht, tegels douche, houten inleg paneel kasten met zelfsluitende deuren en een vleugje eiland decor.

De slaapkamer heeft een nieuw kingsize bed en meubelset, 2 grote kasten, 42 "flatscreen-tv en een oversized wrap-around prive binnenplaats / tuin Lanai. Geweldig voor het vangen van de ochtendzon met een kopje koffie of gewoon te openen om het eiland briesjes door te laten waaien. De en-suite badkamer heeft granieten aanrecht, tegelvloer en douche met in hoogte verstelbare douchekop.

Maui Kamaole is een vooraanstaand pand in het gebied South Kihei / Wailea. 13 flat clusters met lage dichtheid zijn verspreid over 23 hectare weelderige vegetatie en kronkelende looppaden waardoor het stil en vredig is.

Het ligt tegenover Kamaole Beach Park III en op 10 minuten lopen langs de oceaan naar Keawakapu Beach, twee van de beste stranden aan de westkant om te zwemmen, aan boord te gaan, snorkelen, schildpadden / walvissen te spotten en prachtige zonsondergangen. MK ligt op loopafstand van lokale winkels, goede restaurants en de boothelling waar u dagelijkse rondleidingen kunt nemen. Luxe winkels, restaurants en diverse golfbanen van wereldklasse liggen op slechts een paar minuten rijden en sommige bieden kortingen voor MK-gasten.

Sehr familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Sehr großzügige, saubere und familienfreundliche Unterkunft an einem der schönsten Küstenabschnitte Mauis. Toll gelegen um weite Teile der Insel zu erkunden. Besonders zu loben ist die sehr gute Ausstattung für Strand und Sport.

Our new home away from home!

The property was super clean upon arrival. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and beaches. There are 2 pools that are heated and very clean. Janice is very responsive to anything questions you may have. There is a queen fold out bed in living room perfect for the kiddos. Overall, great experience. We will be staying here again if available.

Maui Feb/Mar Holiday

We stayed here at this Maui condo from February 23 to March 8, 2024. We chose this condo because of the incredible location in proximity to beaches that we have been to before and loved going to. We also chose this location because it looked like it had been somewhat renovated/clean and it was a ground level access. The disappointing factors of the resort was that there was no umbrellas allowed at the pool areas, which seems incredibly silly, and there was no fitness facility on the grounds which would have been great. Janice was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt in getting back to any questions that I had along with recommendations of places I had asked her about. We really appreciated all of the pool/beach supplies and cooler and umbrella that were in the condo. Although the condo was fairly clean, I do believe that the pillows were extremely old and not laundered properly. My recommendation would be to get new pillows in the condo, remove the carpet in the master bedroom and to throw away all throw pillows. Dust mites thrive in humidity and live in pillows, mattresses, carpet and curtains. The condo always smelled stuffy. My other recommendation would be to replace the outdoor patio furniture. It is very heavy to move and uncomfortable to sit out while eating dinner. We did have a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo and also the incredible weather. Thank you very much.

Great place across from the water!

We stayed for six nights and enjoyed our time at this well equipped unit. The fold out Murphy bed is awesome! We had all the items we could ask for in a vacation rental. Our family enjoyed the location, and spent a lot of time at the pool given the cooler windy weather in Maui this past week.

Pretty and oh-so-convenient

This was our second stay at this sweet condo and we loved it as much as we did the first time. It is at the south end of Kihei, close enough for a pretty walk to Wailea, just across the road from the turtle rocks, and less than a minute walk to the prettiest beach in Kihei for sunsets with whales. Bliss. Janice checked in periodically to make sure everything was working well and was immediately responsive when we reached out with one or two questions. The condo itself is nicely laid out, well-equipped, and really comfortable. A lovely place to come to in Maui.

Wonderful spot in Maui

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was perfect for our family of 4, with a generous master suite and comfortable pull-out cabinet bed for our two kids. The condo and property were well-maintained and the condo had everything we needed for making our breakfasts and lunches onsite (we opted to do dinners out). The location is perfect - an easy walk to great beaches and restaurants. The complex's pool is in this block of the complex, making it incredibly convenient. We loved everything about our stay and hope to be back. Our host was easy to work with and checked in to make sure we were ok.

Amazing Vacation

This was our fourth time staying at the Maui Kamaole and this was our favorite rental by far. Communication with property manage was amazing. The location was exactly what it advertised. Will definitely try to get back here next year.

Great condo in a perfect location

This was our second stay here and it's perfect for us. The condo is roomy and well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as beach ware (chairs, snorkel masks, etc. as well as tennis rackets and a cooler). It's a short walk to Kamaole III Beach and close to one of the complex pools. Comfortable furniture inside and on the lanai and a good bed. The extra "cabinet bed" is also comfortable and was easy to set up and put away. The owners are very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or issues. We'll be back!

Very nice condo in Kehei

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Very spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom is huge with two sliding glass doors to a wrap around patio area. Nice king size bed. Our young son slept on an aerobed (there are two of them) and our daughter slept on a twin or queen size cabinet bed in the main living room. The kitchen has everything we needed with nearly new appliances, including the washer and dryer. This condo was stocked with towels, coolers, beach gear, etc. The main lanai has great furniture and a view of the ocean on the right side. It's located very close to the lower pool which was never crowded. The upper pool is a short walk and nicer, but a bit more popular. Walking to the beach and into Kehei was easy. Walking the other direction towards Wailea is a bit of a trek but once you hit the beach it's amazing. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great for Families

The condo worked great for our family and Janice was easily the best property owner I've worked with when renting condos for vacation. The unit itself worked perfect for our family and had plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and well maintained. The only minor complaint I would have is that it ended up being a little farther walk to beaches/shops/restaurants then anticipated for our younger children. No other complains though!

Wonderful Place!

We stayed here with our two boys in March and it was amazing! The grounds were beautiful. The condo was very clean, perfectly located, and had updated decor. Lovely home for a Maui Getaway

We had a great time at Janice's condo at Maui Kamaole. The location of the condo was excellent, across the street from the Kamaole Beach Park 3. We often drove to Beach Park 1 that was less crowded. The condo itself was very well stocked with all items you would need for your trip- particularly the beach equipment. This was extremely handy. The condo appears relatively recently updated. It is very large and spacious. It would comfortable fit a family of 4 despite it being only 1 bedroom. The pull out bed would come in handy here. Janice was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 staying over the Christmas break. Great location and very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Loved all of the extra touches like coffee, shampoo, and sunscreen as well as chairs, beach toys, tennis racquets, etc! As a result we were able to pack super light with carry on only and not worry about waiting for luggage upon arrival. The complex was also very comfortable - lots of pool chairs, BBQs, and easy to reserve the tennis courts. Definitely hope to return soon - thank you!

Great location

The pictures online do not do this place justice. The condo is very large and is in such a great location. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but this one really had everything you could ever need from chairs and an umbrella to every cooking utensil under the sun. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach to go swimming or to watch a beautiful sunset. The grounds are maintained so beautifully and the pools were so relaxing [especially the upper pool.] Thank you for sharing this beautiful place.
