Dit onlangs bijgewerkte luxe appartement met twee verdiepingen bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping (met liften), met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de Lanai (dek). Met zijn toplocatie aan de overkant van het strand van Kamaole III, is Kamaole Sands consequent beoordeeld als een van de beste condo-resorts op Maui, met 17 prachtig verzorgde tropische hectaren palmen, Plumeria en andere prachtige eilandgroei. Het pand beschikt over het grootste resortzwembad in Zuid-Kihei, met twee jacuzzi's en een kinderbad, een fitnesscentrum, tennisbanen en ping-pong.

Een korte wandeling naar het strandpark Kamaole III brengt u naar de beste plek om zonsondergangen in Kihei te bekijken - het lange, meanderende gazon dat afloopt naar de kustlijn. Warm, ongerept water wacht op je, met een levendig snorkelrif praktisch voor de deur. Loop het strandpad van "Kam III" in beide richtingen, naar de andere twee geweldige Kamaole-stranden, of naar het zuiden naar de geweldige Wailea-strandwandeling en Keawakapu-strand.

Dit appartement met twee verdiepingen met uitzicht op de oceaan is een van de grootste in Kihei en wordt professioneel onderhouden door een van de topmanagementbedrijven van Maui. De master en tweede slaapkamer bevinden zich op afzonderlijke niveaus en beschikken over comfortabele bedden van hoge kwaliteit en beddengoed. We were in Maui for our daughter’s Wedding. The Kam Sands was a great place to facilitate multiple people. Our Unit was great and the Management Co was very helpful and easy to deal with. Beds were very comfortable and Unit was nicely appointed. Kitchen nicely equipped, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had the most amazing return visit to Maui; this was our 2nd time staying at Kamaole Sands and we were thrilled with our condo. It was nicely updated (high end) and also very comfortable. Perfect for my family! The kitchen was great - we loved the big island. The upstairs loft bedroom is enclosed which is a nice bonus for some extra privacy. Most condos do not have that feature. The condo was also very well stocked with supplies (kitchen items, beach chairs, etc.). Another highlight was the extra large lanai overlooking the pool. It was great because all of us could gather around the table. The communication with the property company was excellent! I hope that we can return and stay here again in the future. Mahalo.

The property is wonderful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We’ve stayed at another unit in the complex, and can say the upgrades to this unit were very well done. The management company is great to deal with and very responsive to emails. We had no complaints, only compliments, and enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time we stayed at the unit and once again we LOVED it for our family of 5. This unit is so beautiful and well equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. We ate in a lot and were also able to regularly host the grandparents for meals. Kamaole Sands will forever be a place where we love to stay and this unit makes it even better with its prime location and beautiful sunsets. Thank you!

Wonderful unit and location, clean and has everything you need. Pool area is great but was a little annoying with some residents leaving towels on pool chairs to reserve them and then dissappear for hours at the beach. Water for showers just warm enough, could have been a notch higher and a/c unit in 2nd bedroom was rather loud. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing and better than the pictures even showed. We had a wonderful time, accommodations for everything inside the condo and outside were perfect! Just what we needed! Close to all the beaches and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated in the ad and as expected. The unit was clean, beds comfy, and ac was sufficient. We had young kids and picked the property due to the fenced pool, and the close location of the beach. We utilized the pool, the bbq area, and enjoyed the grounds. Overall we had a great experience.

My party originally planned to stay in Hana for 6 days but that changed so we decided to head back to the WSW Maui and found this gem. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with more than one could ever use even if you stayed for a month :). The washer/dryer unit was clean and worked properly. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy as was the bedroom downstairs. The booklet that included instruction for operating the tv/cable was easily understandable. The lanai was large, and the neighbors were friendly (i believe they were visitors as well) The grounds were just out of this world. This condo overlooked the pool area, and one event was a hula lesson which was fun to watch from the lanai. Nice and quiet in the evenings. Only a short stay but I would definitely return.

We've had the benefit of staying at the Kamole Sands a number of times. Based on the numerous properties we've visited, I would suggest that this property is absolutely one of the best if not the best in terms of service, beautiful grounds, pool, access to the beach, BBQ, walking paths, shops, restaurants, food......and where you can't walk.........very reasonable drives. We have two condo units that we have become accustomed to staying at and they are for sure the most updated, clean, well stocked and comfortable we've had the enjoyment to use.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is bright and spacious , very well equipped with comfy beds and good ac. Location is across the road from beach and a few mins drive from restaurants . It was clean , with a great kitchen ,there was some wear on the furniture as expected from a vacation rental but nothing major. The lanai was big and breezy overlooking the pool . We had previously stayed at kamaole on the ground floor which was very dark so I definitely preferred being on the top floor. It was good value for money great for families

4 of us stayed at this property in early May. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lanai and the amenities the larger property offered. The fitness center was under construction and that was unfortunate. We had an incident with a glass shower door that abruptly disintegrated, but the property management sent Jessie to clean up the same day and they provided a shower curtain fix. The circular staircase could be a challenge for some, but the loft was private and well appointed. Kamaole Sands is very convenient for South Maui access. Overall, a beautiful property.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 8 nights in April 2022. We have stayed at other Kamaole Sands units in the past, and this one is definitely our favorite! They thought of absolutely everything! Plenty of large beach towels, the kitchen was stocked with every dish/pan/tool we needed and more, beach chairs & toys. The beds were comfortable & the finishes were updated. It was comfortable, clean and had a great view of the pool, grounds and the ocean. We will be back!

Kamole Sands is well kept, safe, and the ideal location for staying on Maui. Tennis, golf and beaches are close by. Loved the hot tub after playing all day.
