Stappen naar het strand! Mooi gerenoveerde 1 slaapkamer

Ons gerenoveerde appartement ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van een van de mooiste stranden op het strand van Maui, Kamaole 2. Onze 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer is voorzien van alle nieuwe meubels en bevindt zich in het Kihei Akahi-complex. Gelegen in gebouw D, dit is een rustig gebouw aan de achterkant van het pand, weg van de hoofdweg.

Kenmerken omvatten: nieuwe GE keukenapparatuur, granieten werkbladen en kersenhouten kasten. Nieuwe vloeren in de hele unit, nieuwe plafondventilatoren in de woonkamer en slaapkamer, elektronisch deurslot (geen onhandige slotkasten om mee te vechten) en een eigen wasmachine / droger.
Gratis 5G high-speed wifi, vaste telefoon met gratis interlokaal bellen naar de VS en Canada, nieuwe LED 45 inch flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer (met Netflix!) en een nieuwe LED 26 inch flatscreen-tv in de slaapkamer. De Split Air Conditioner is super efficiënt en koelt het appartement in minuten. Slaap comfortabel in het Californische kingsize bed in de slaapkamer. De woonkamer heeft een bank die uitschuifbaar is tot een queensize bed. De keuken is gevuld met alle kookgerei dat u ooit nodig zou hebben. Voor het plezier op het strand zijn er Tommy Bahama-strandstoelen, boogieplanken, grote strandhanddoeken en een koeler. Hi-Rise-barstoelen en -tafels op de Lanai bieden een ontspannen plek om te genieten van de zonsondergang of uw ochtendkoffie. Smaakvol ingericht, zult u zich meteen thuis voelen met een subtiele flair van het eiland om u eraan te herinneren dat u zonder twijfel in het paradijs bent.
Gratis parkeren in een speciale parkeerbox is inbegrepen. De woning heeft 2 tennisbanen, 2 gated zwembaden met veel ligstoelen en 2 BBQ-gebieden met gas-BBQ's voor het grillen van uw steaks en verse zeevruchten.

Als u op zoek bent naar een 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers, bekijk dan ons andere appartement ook in gebouw D onder VRBO # 1598923. Het heeft een uitzicht op de oceaan en werd onlangs opgewaardeerd.

Kihei is strandzoekend gebied aan de zuidwestkust van Maui, het zonnigste en droogste deel van het eiland. Kihei Akahi ligt tegenover Kamaole II Beach, een van de drie mooiste stranden van Hawaï en op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het appartement. Nog geen 5 minuten!

Quiet and excellent location in a bustling area

If you are looking for a quiet condo complex, this is the one! Which is surprising, because you are only a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants. The pool area is especially quiet, with adults mostly reading, when not swimming. We were surprised there wasn't a hottub but we enjoyed the pool area. We didn't use it but people took full advantage of the BBQs there. The location is excellent, the quiet but friendly vibe was perfect for us as a couple. The only drawback is that the bedroom was too hot to sleep well. It really needs an air conditioner in there. My husband found the bed too hard so his sleep wasn't the best. The kitchen was well equipped - you have everything you need. The living area was nicely updated and looked great. The bathroom and bedroom were plain but it didn't bother us. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The lanai was just above the pool and you can see a bit of the ocean from there. We loved it! We would have given it a 5/5 but the bedroom was too hot and the bed too hard for us to sleep well. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

Imperfect storm

Our unit was great. No problems there. Mother Nature however had other plans. Our third day we got torrential rain with mud slides. Crazy! But it cleared up Saturday and we enjoyed the rest of our time. We stayed in the unit on the rainy day and it was fine. We will come back and hope for better weather. Our hosts was very helpful.

The location is so convenient, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as the beach. This was our second time staying here, and we're already planning on a third time. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive.

Perfect location! The room had EVERYTHING and MORE that we needed - to cook, clean, have a park day, literally it felt like we were at home!!! The view from the room looking out to the pool area was beautiful. Definitely would rent again. Mahalo for a wonderful vacation.

Staying in this affordable condo as a part of our Maui travels was wonderful. The unit was well stocked with needed items and overlooked a court yard and pool area. The complex has beautiful grounds and is steps away from Kamaole 2, a walkable, swimmable beach. We will return!

Amazing Kihei Experience! Wonderful Hosts!

This was my first experience with VRBO, or anything like it, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say I couldn't be happier with VRBO, my hosts, the space, and the whole process. What I saw online is what I got and more. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks.

Great Maui Condo

I highly recommend this place. The condo was clean and well stocked (towels, beach chairs, dishes, pots, glasses, etc). The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The community grill was great. The balcony faces the ocean and was a great place to relax in the evening. It's a very short walk to the beach which has showers, bathrooms, and a lifeguard station. The bed is on the firmer side. The hosts are very communicative. Great experience!

Cant wait to return

My wife and I always stay in Kaanapali, for whatever reason we drew up in our head that was our go to spot. When the fires struck we had to pivot and stay somewhere else or cancel our vacation. We decided to give Kihei a shot. Well we loved staying in Kihei. The location is central to everything, beaches, shopping, great food and drinks. 2 days into our stay my wife said Kihei seems to be the spot to stay moving forward and I couldn't agree more. The owners were very communicative and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The condo was stocked with more than what we needed and was across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Sunshine Getaway

This property was accurately described in its listing. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We liked the central location to the beach, shops, food, grocery store... and ease of access to main roads to get around island. Swimming pools and grounds were clean and beautiful. The beach chairs & cooler were awesome! The night security guard was friendly and helpful, and we felt safe in the area we stayed. The kitchen is beautiful and has appliances that met all our needs for cooking some of our meals. My only recommendation would be to purchase toilet paper on your first grocery run as we were only given 2 rolls for our week+ long stay :). All in all we had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Excellent location- the beach is just a short walk across the street with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo is neat and clean with views of the water from the balcony. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great get away

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The check in process was fast and Audrey had checked in to see how we were doing! The unit is at the back, away from the street noise and the unit was well stocked with the essentials! 400m to the beach is a bonus!
