Het heeft toegang tot prive goed verzorgd terrein met bloemen en biedt uitzicht op de oceaan en geluiden van elke kamer. Het appartement was gerenoveerd om comfortabel de eigenaars en familie te huisvesten terwijl ze genoten van een ���sabbatical "in Maui. De fantastische locatie, beschouwd als de beste in Ekahi, samen met de complete renovatie maakt dit een van de meest aantrekkelijke 1b / 2BA-eenheden in Ekahi. Opmerking van eigenaren
Na 20 jaar bezoek aan Maui, waren we gelukkig om dit perfect gelegen appartement in het prachtige Ekahi-complex te vinden en te kopen. Binnen een paar honderd meter van de zwembaden, het paviljoen en het wereldberoemde strand, biedt het appartement privacy, rust met uitzicht op de oceaan en geluiden van elke kamer. De slaapkamer, woonkamers en lanais werden uitgebreid, waardoor deze een van de grootste 1bedroom / 2 badkamers in het Ekahi-complex is. Het gemak van de ligging op de begane grond was bovendien aantrekkelijk voor ons, omdat we slechte koffers wilden vermijden en balanceren op trappen besteden. Na de aankoop in een droomlocatie hebben we een 7 maanden project ingevoerd om het appartement in een hedendaagse stijl te renoveren en volledig te renoveren. Ons doel was om het om te zetten in een huis waar we langere tijd in zouden kunnen leven en een die onze familie en vrienden graag zouden willen bezoeken. We hebben onlangs het appartement ter beschikking gesteld voor geassocieerde gasten die van ons houden, rust, comfort en toegang zoeken naar alles wat Wailea te bieden heeft. Wij hopen dat u van uw ervaring in het appartement en Maui genieten zoals we, onze familie en vrienden hebben.


Wailea Ekahi Village is een prachtig landgoed gelegen aan de ingang van de resort gemeenschap van Wailea. Deze ontspannende woning met lage dichtheid bestaat uit 54 twee verdiepingen tellende gebouwen verspreid over 34 vierkante hectare onberispelijk tropisch landschapsarchitectuur.

Keawakapu Beach front of the property en het nabijgelegen Mokapu strand zijn bekend om romantische zonsondergang, uitstekende zwemmen, snorkelen, boogie boarding en seizoensgebonden walvissen in de wintermaanden.

Wailea Ekahi Village is een van airconditioning voorziene accommodatie met een strandpaviljoen met groot zwembad, barbecue, keukenruimte, eigen douches, paddle tennis en shuffleboard courts. Er zijn ook drie "rustige" zwembaden, tennisbaan en gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Prime Location on Keawakapu Beach

Comfortable stay and beautifully decorated to enhance our overall vacation in Maui. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare and cook meals. The BBQ close by was a great asset. We absolutely loved dining in the pavillion overlooking the ocean for our nightly sunsets. The murphy bed in living room was creaky and could be replaced. Weekend nights were noisy with local partiers parking out front to go to the beach late at night. This was the down side of being right on the road out front. Overall we had a wonderful time and will look forward to coming back someday.

Relaxing vacation!

The condo was well stocked and had a great layout with everything one needs on vacation. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, sand toys for the kid, full kitchen with electric range, fridge with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all the cooking tools, big TV, indoor and patio dining area. The property has propane bbqs close to the condo just by the parking and pickle ball court. There are 4 pools on the property. The lower one by the beach is the only one you will want to go to. Its a short walk from the condo. Most other condos have a long walk to the pool and a hill to climb on the way back in the hot sun. The beach has decent snorkeling on the south end and the waves are calm making it a great swimming beach and family friendly. My son had endless fun chasing lizards on the back patio grass area and the rest of the grounds. I have no complaints about the condo or property. The property manager (Ali’i Resorts) was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the check in process. I prefer to book a place to stay once and then just forget about it until I show up. They required quite a few phone calls to go over policies and confirm my schedule multiple times and then had to schedule a specific time to check in because someone had to be there to let me in and show me the property, even though there were just combo code locks for doors and gates. It’s a minor complaint and they were very friendly.

Please consider renting a condo not operated by Ali'i resorts. Ali'i resorts is the worse. We had planned our trip months in advance for my husband's birthday. We were really looking forward to the trip. We had the condo rented from a Tuesday to Tuesday. The Friday before our trip our brother in law passed away and the funeral was happening right in the middle of our trip. We understood we could not get a full refund with such short notice. We also understood we would not be able to just change our trip to completely new dates. However, when we looked on the website we saw that the condo was available the Sunday and Monday before our Tuesday stay was to begin. We knew there was no way they could rent the condo for those two days given that it was just a day away and they have a 5 day rental policy. So we called and explained our situation, that there had been a death in our family. We asked if we could just move our trip up 2 days since the condo was empty. We would be able to stay for 4 days. We said we were happy to pay our 7 days and they could try to rent out the 5 days after we left. We just wanted to salvage a bit of our vacation. Ali'i resorts refused even though it cost them nothing as the condo was sitting empty. They did not ask us who had passed away or if we could provide documentation. They refused to offer a small kindness that cost them nothing. Is this really a company you want to give your business to? They showed no compassion or flexibility even when it cost them nothing. Please rent elsewhere

Pictures are pretty accurate. Although close to road & pickle ball court, noise wasn't a problem. Doesn't have a water view which we would have liked but couldn't find any condos at the time we were looking that were within our price range since we stayed 3 weeks. Location convenient to Kehei and Wailea activities. It is a good walk to the beach, main pool and covered outdoor area. The latter was really a very nice area. But if you are a senior and have trouble walking, the walk back up is uphill. Property management company was very quick to resolve minor initial issues.

Arrived early, cleaning crew supported an early arrival. Spacious accommodation with plenty of room for it to feel like a home and not a hotel room. Wish listing was more inclusive of items on the property for use as it makes packing easier. Top notch finishes and appliances. Unit stayed nice and cold with ac in use. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy which was the only downfall. Unit is literally 5 minutes from the main pool (only heated one) and beach access. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good family time and not wanting to spend 3-4x of the big hotels with 25% the space.

Lovely property. Nice area Pool wonderful. Local BBQ area needs to be available for lunch get together. Going to pavilion for BBQ is a pain. Wazes needs better directions to 22 b was kind of a pain finding. But all in all lovely!! Just lovely

This property completely met our expectations and did not disappoint in any way. If you are wanting an ocean view, there really isn''t much of one , however the garden views are beautiful and this condo offers a lot of privacy. Very well equipped and pristine condo .

This is probably the best spot we’ve stayed in 5 Hawai’i trips. On the quiet beach with a pool in the complex. Many foodie restaurants nearby. Beautiful condo with great kitchen and ocean views. We’ll be back.

This unit of Wailea Ekahi was lovely, had two great bathrooms, both with showers, no tub. There is a peek of the ocean when standing in the dining area. The king bed in the bedroom and the queen bed in the living room were very comfortable. The unit a close to the beach.

Like to keep this place our lil secret

Was very happy with the location of the unit-the photos os the water seem farther than they are. Its less than a block away to beautiful Sandy beach and waterfront walking trail that goes all the way down to the Fairmont Hotel. The unit still smelled like a new remodel. It's awfully big for 2 and we had a 3rd person using the Murphy bed. Enjoy having the option of cooking in or eating out. Plenty of acessories to cook. Wish there was more kitchen cleaning supplies that we wouldn't have to purchase, but that's minor. My only suggestion to the owners might be to purchase a wheeled thermos so guests could enjoy a picnic lunch (altho it's so easy to walk back to unit). Belatedly realized we could use the main pool in front of the beach rather than the one near our unit.

Perfect. Private and close to the beach.

Ehahi 22B was a comfortable and tastefully remodeled place. Lanai was private with partial ocean view. Furnishings were comfortable, functional, and clean—nothing too fancy. Kitchen was well appointed. Local artwork was a nice touch. The best thing was how close it was to the beach—3 minute walk. Only downsides were occasional noise from the road leading to the beach and being able to hear conversations from the upstairs unit.
