* Aloha! Wij zijn Oliver en Kati en we zijn verheugd om je uit te nodigen in onze geweldige thuis en vredige buurt. We hebben dit huis volledig gerenoveerd om het de uitstraling te geven die het verdiende om mee te gaan met het spectaculaire uitzicht op de oceaan en het westen van Maui. Maui is echt een paradijs en we willen ervoor zorgen dat uw vakantie leuk, spannend en vooral comfortabel zal zijn. Als verzorgers wonen we over de oprijlaan in een klein huisje. We zijn 24 uur beschikbaar als je iets nodig hebt, maar we geven je zeker alle ruimte die je nodig hebt om van het huis te genieten.

* De Kauhale Breeze bevindt zich in het centrum van alles! Slechts een 1/2 mijl, 3 minuten rijden, 13 minuten lopen naar ons favoriete strand op het eiland, Keawakapu! Er is veel strandruimte, gratis parkeergelegenheid en een hotel (Mana Kai) voor eten of drinken. Er is een wandelpad naar het zuiden dat u naar de prachtige resorts en stranden van Wailea brengt, of naar het noorden, de Kamaole-stranden, winkels en restaurants in het centrum van Kihei.

Terwijl je over het strand van Keawakapu wandelt, zie je de ongelooflijke huizen van onze buren, Jim Carrey, Cher en anderen. Misschien zie je ze samen met jou het strand oprennen!

* We weten zeker dat je wilt genieten van alle activiteiten die Maui te bieden heeft. We zitten naast verschillende golf- en tennisresorts van wereldklasse. De tennisclub Wailea en de golfbanen Wailea Blue, Gold en Emerald liggen op slechts 5 minuten rijden. We helpen u graag bij het maken van reserveringen of starttijden.

* Ben je een hardloopliefhebber? We geven je graag enkele tips over onze favoriete routes, afhankelijk van hoe ver je wilt gaan!

* Surfen, paddle-boarding, snorkelen, spikeball en volleybal zijn allemaal goed hier en we hebben alles wat je nodig hebt om alles te genieten!

* Strandhanddoeken, stoelen, surfplanken, yogamatten, tennisraquets en fietsen zijn allemaal beschikbaar voor gebruik zonder extra kosten.

* Het uitzicht hier is absoluut de beste. Geniet van uw koffie met de ochtend zonsopgangen die ongelooflijk vredig zijn, of een glas wijn en kijk naar de zonsondergang terwijl u de walvissen ziet springen! (Walvissen zijn hier meestal december-maart, met januari en februari het hoogtepunt van walvissen spotten)

Everyone in our party wanted adventure. None of us wanted a "sit at the beach" vacation. This house helped us accomplish that. The location was perfect - we were able to get everywhere we wanted to around the Island super conveniently and still walk to dinner! The house was convenient, comfortable, and quiet. All in all our group had a lovely experience.

Our stay in this beautiful home, overlooking the breathtaking Maui Ocean, was nothing short of Amazing. The home had lots of space for my whole family and friends, for meals or hanging out (staying in). We ate most meals in home, just because it was so nice to be there. The only time we were not there was when we went to the beach. Going to the beach was better than ever too, with all the beach equipment one could ever think of. Truly, staying at this home provided everything we needed for a great vacation.

We loved this place. The balcony with the beautiful view was our favorite part! The house fit 7 people very comfortably and you can’t beat the location. Within walking distance of a beach was awesome as well as within close driving distance to some of the best beaches of Maui. They had everything we could need to enjoy the beach and the host responded to our questions very quickly and is so kind. He even let us borrow the beach chairs and towels after check out time since our flight is in the evening. We also loved the little cat visitor we’d get sometimes, as animal lovers this was a highlight. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I can't say enough good things about this location, it was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's location. It was clean, spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, and Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I would love to book again, the price was well worth it as well and the view on the deck was breathtaking.

Members of my extended family stayed here for a little over a week for my nephew’s wedding. The place was perfect for our group of 7 adults, and provided a perfect haven at the end of each day of Maui adventures. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy for the couples at the end of the evenings as well. The hosts were gracious and helpful and the house is clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again if we’re fortunate enough to get back to Maui!

This house was great for us and our grown children. Plenty of space since we have outgrown a single condo. Beautiful views and nice location between the Wailea Strip and Kihei. We were able to easily enjoy both locales. Oliver was very welcoming and helpful

Oliver and Katie have a little slice of heaven in Kihei. My family liked that their house location borders Kihei/Wailea which ended up being very convenient for our plans. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs and we enjoyed eating all of our meals on the deck with the ocean view. The house comes stocked with all beach and snorkel gear, too. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here!

Great stay at Oliver and Katy’s place in Kihei. We were two families, so there was plenty of space. Loved the access to all the beach equipment. Close walk or drive to so many great beaches. Nice central location in Maui. Oliver was a great host, attentive if/when we needed to ask questions.

Our family had a fantastic stay! The house was great, and the homeowners were courteous, communicative and responsive. The views from the house are amazing, and it is perfectly situated so you’re close to everything - shops, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

I simply can’t say enough about the home and all the beach accessories and everyday necessities that this properties provides. It had all the big and little things that made our stay so enjoyable from a huge deck with beautiful sunset ocean views, just a short walk to the beach, beach chairs paddle boards, surf boards, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels Sunbum sunscreen and shampoo & conditioner which was a nice touch. A bouquet of beautiful island flowers and a big bowl of island fruits greeted us and we even got to make friends with the owners dog and a neighborhood cat which we loved. The owners were as accessible as you needed and replied to questions just about as fast as I could type. I can’t say enough about it! Thanks for a great stay

The number of full baths and bedding was useful to our group of 9 adults. There was room for several to make meals after trips to Safeway and Foodland, and we enjoyed all meals on the upper lanai with the view of the sun and clouds. The location is near many restaurants and several beaches, and the central location helped with planning visits to Lahaina, upcountry, or south. Oliver was responsive when we had questions regarding the house or other recommendations. Appreciated the communication and reminders leading up to the visit and during the visit. Overall the stay was wonderful and we highly recommend to others!

Amazing stay in this beautiful house! We had 7 adults in our group (5 of them came all the way from Germany to join!) and we all found the space and location to be absolutely perfect for our vacation:) All of the amenities provided were fantastic for us, and we were so sad the leave. There are not enough words of praise we could give this place!! Matt and Kati were amazing hosts and the house was out of this world! They had everything you could possibly want and need plus more. The views from the back deck are out of this world. The beds were so comfortable. The out door shower is magical. They have all the beach gear you could possibly need. They have thought of it all. Top notch Super Hosts! From the ease of check in, to making extra accommodations for our family with young kids, we couldn’t recommend this place more. It would be a dream to come back again! What can I say other than this place was absolutely perfect! I traveled with my husband and our three adult kids along with their spouses and this place met all our needs and more! Here are some of the highlights: 1. The four bedrooms with four baths. This was huge for our family because the split level and separate spaces allowed us all to feel like we had our own space. 2. The upstairs patio. When we were in the house all together, we enjoyed just sitting out in the patio. The view was gorgeous, we could literally see the whales breaching out of the water. We could also watch the sun set from the comfort of the patio couch. The weather was perfect and we even grilled some nights so it was nice to all sit around the outside table and debrief our day. 3. The beds. Sooooo comfortable!! Probably going to buy one for my own house. 4. The outdoor shower. I know, when you think outdoor shower, a hidden sanctuary may not be the first thing that comes to mind, but that’s exactly what it was. Private, but open, this little shower was an secret oasis of the house. 5. The details. This house had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, snorkeling gear, paddle boards, bathroom toiletries, sunscreen, etc. Kitchen was fully equipped and we actually cooked many nights. the place was cozy and clean with ac units in each room which allowed us all to set our own temps. All the small touches really made us feel right at home. 6. The location. Close to everything! We loved this location. Many mornings, we woke up for an early run and the neighborhood was such a great place to run around with easy walked distance to nearby beaches and even to the resort area. 7. The host! Last but not least, our host, Oliver, was AMAZING. He was super friendly, accommodating, quick to respond to any questions, and offer suggestions around town. He cared about our comfort and really wanted us to have the best time. We are so thankful to him for opening up his space to our family! In summary, if you’re traveling with a large group, DO NOT pass this place up.
