Aloha! Uw droomvakantie begint met onze mooie nieuwe appartement, gelegen in het zuidwesten van Maui, in de stad Kihei. De Maui Kamaole complex grenst aan mooie Wailea, bekend om zijn uitstekende restaurants en winkels van wereldklasse. De weelderige tropische gronden, verdeeld over 23 hectaren met 2 zwembaden, hot tubs en tennisbanen. Onze begane grond unit is in de Bougainvillea "B" cluster bij de hoofdingang, in de buurt van het front zwembad die net een complete renovatie heeft ondergaan. De overkant van de straat is de kleine boot de haven en het park. Veel van de top snorkelen en duiken charter boot operaties ontmoeten daar en hoofd uit voor het beste water avonturen in Maui. De beroemde Kamaole III strand en het park, een populaire ontmoetingsplaats om prachtige zonsondergang te kijken, ligt aan de overkant van de straat van het appartement. Een korte wandeling van het strand Kamaole III neemt je mee naar Kamaole Stranden I & II ook.

Onze extra grote (1067) vierkante voet) appartement bestaat uit een open Lanai perfect voor 's avonds dineren in de rustige tropische setting. Een tweede ingesloten Lanai uit de master bedroom biedt een toevluchtsoord voor volledige privacy. De master bedroom suite is vrij ruim met een zwarte tropisch hout slaapkamer set en een kingsize bed, plus een flatscreen tv met veel kastruimte. De moderne keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat de chef-kok nodig heeft. Beide badkamers zijn compleet, een met bad en douche, de andere met douche. Plafond ventilatoren en airconditioning houden een aangename temperatuur. De grote woonkamer heeft een flatscreen-tv, stereo-installatie, gratis high speed internet en een nieuwe queen size sofa / sleeper voor extra gasten. Binnen eetkamer heeft 2 opties voor zitplaatsen, op een tafel voor zes of aanrechtblad vier voor snelle gemak.

Lovely place to stay in Kihei. The condo is very spacious and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area and returning for a swim in the pool right across the yard and drinking a glass of wine watching the sun go down on the Lanai. Kitchen was nicely supplied for our cooking needs. Would stay again, and recommend to others.

Well located condo with nice grounds, pool and spa. Close to many restaurants and beaches. I especially appreciated how well supplied the unit was. Everything you need is there including beach supplies and kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apparently my check-out date was one day wrong, so the front door was closed to me, but the owner was able to quickly deal with the situation. As for the facilities, they were very clean and I had a comfortable stay.

This is our second stay at this condo, and it was great both times. Good location, walk to food. Beaches across the street and 2 pools. Awesome unit with everything you need for the beach including boogie boards and snorkel gear. Great turtle beach across the street just south of the boat launch. When looking at the water just over the jetty of the boat launch is a small beach where we saw at least 2 turtles each afternoon/evening laying on the beach. We'll be back again.

This condo is a great place to stay! It has everything you need to enjoy Maui. Even though it was around 80 degrees everyday, we didn’t need the air conditioner. We just opened the windows and doors in the front and back and got an awesome breeze blowing through the condo. The location is fantastic! It’s close to beaches, shopping, walking, whale watch trips and good restaurants.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. When I needed a hair dryer, Lora brought one over quickly. The tv stopped working and we had a new smart 65 inch the next day. We loved that it was on downstairs condo and walking distance from everything in Kihei. Lovely lanai and green space..grounds were beautiful. Thank you.

Beautifully appointed condo with everything we needed. Everything in the condo worked well - A/C, fans, appliances, washer/dryer. Nice furniture, we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the back patio. And so close to all the fun - the pool, beaches, and a nice walk to the ice cream store :-)

We enjoyed our stay in this huge one bedroom condo. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for trips to the beach close by. It has 2 patios- one in the front with a lovely view, and one off the master bedroom.

MK is in a great location at the end of Kam III. We chose this unit because of the close proximity to the large pool with spa, and because it has an actual bathtub which is important for our daughter with mobility issues (there are a few stairs down to the unit, but nothing like the long steep staircase up to the upper units). The unit is very large, had everything needed for beach fun and cooking, and it's beautifully decorated with a sailing/mermaid theme. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and we had no complaints about the sofa bed from our teen son. The feel is that the owners must love to be there themselves! The back patio is lush green flowering area with many birds to listen to and watch, we enjoyed eating out there every day. The owners and management are responsive, and the punch in code lock on the door, no keys needed, was very convenient.

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights in June 2022. We arrived to an immaculately clean and cosy apartment. The location is perfect: 5 min walking distance from the Kamaole III beach, 10 min walking distance from the shops and restaurants of South Kihei. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots in Maui. We saw cautious turtles in the water from the beach and, whilst snorkelling, saw morae eels, needle fish, and all the tropical coral eaters on the rocky outcrop on the south end! The property itself is larger than we expected from the pictures. The main living area has a comfy couch and two arm chairs with a big tv equipped with all the streaming services via Amazon Echo. The living room and dining room/kitchen are in the same space which makes preparing meals together easy. The kitchen was fully equipped and all of the appliances were clean and modern. The bed is true king-sized. There are two bathrooms, each with showers and toilets. The water pressure was good in both. 3 big bonuses of this property: - There are two AC units: one in the main living space, and one in the bedroom. With the high humidity and temperatures on Summer nights we found these essential for a good night's sleep. The AC's are connected to timers, so you can set them running for up to 4 hours at a time. - There are 3 closets lining the hallway that are jam-packed with useful things. One is full of beach equipment including snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The second has stuff for a day at home including puzzles, books, cosy blankets. And the third has towels, extra bedding and a washer-dryer. It was so great not to have to buy extra stuff and be able to wash our clothes before leaving. - The main living space opens onto a backdoor patio + garden. The garden area is shared with the complex but unlike in most other units has a lot of privacy as it faces a fence (~20 m away). The patio is lined with local plants including frangipane, banana palms, and bamboo. This is the perfect place to have a morning coffee. Every morning it was filled with egrets, chickens, and myna birds. We also saw Japanese white-eyes and cardinals here! The hosts were very responsive. On our first night there was some confusion with the parking spots and they got everything clarified immediately. Highly recommend staying here. Worth the price!
