'Upon arriving during the two-hour check-in window, I was puzzled as to if anyone worked here. I walked in the front, no one. Went around back, just a couple ski resort patrons. I was sure I was in the right building from the photos, but it looked more like an abandoned building with some squatters in the form of skiers. '

'Highlight was our private onsen room, which was fed by a natural spring, very cleansing.
Amazing food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back. '

'We tried to cancel the reservation with all or some refund due to death of a family member just a few days before our check-in day. We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. 'This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son.
The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. '
