The property is centrally located in a residential area- west side of KDH. It is a walking distance to the beach- approximately 15-20 min. However, we prefer to drive there, it is easier if you have
kids and beach equipment.
You’ll enjoy a spacious fenced in backyard with a heated salt water pool. Plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy if you don’t feel like going to the beach.You can easily walk to a few great restaurants close by or Uber to a new brewery about a mile away or many other restaurants bars within 2 mile radius from the property.We highly suggest using Uber or taxi.There are many public beach accesses close to the house.It may be easier parking there if you are taking beach equipment.

The entire main house + studio apartment. It’s a newly remodelled two story property. Fenced in backyard with a salt water pool. You have an entire house for yourself.
⚠️PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A STUDIO APARTMENT CONSIDERED AS THE 5TH BEDROOM WITH A SEPARATE ENTRANCE ON THE GROUND LEVEL.

-Another room with two bunk beds (twin over full), ideal for kids
-Studio apartment “Vitamin Sea Retreat” with walk in shower. Please note it has a separate entrance❗️

-An open concept living room with TV and an electric fireplace, a full kitchen & a dinning table for 6 people.
-Sliding door to the deck with a table + chairs to accommodate 6ppl
-2 Master bedrooms with attached bathrooms (one of the closets is locked)

Outdoor:
-large yard with a heated salt water pool
-propane grill (please don’t grill close to the siding, under the stairs or on the deck—>fire hazard)
-fenced in back yard

The property is located on the west side of the OBX- which means it is a residential area. It sits on the street with many friendly year around residents. Please respect their privacy. No parties are allowed. Quiet time is 10pm-9am. We appreciate you following the house rules!

Things to do close by:
-beach approximately 1 mile away- we prefer to drive to the nearest beach accesses. There are multiple public beach accesses located within 1 mile range
-nags head woods is also appropriately 1 mile from the property. You could drive to the park entry, park your vehicle and go for a hike or walk/jog/bike there.
-Wright brothers memorial. It is a little over a mile away from the Thank house. The earliest way is to drive to the airport site off colington road and park your vehicle there. The parking is free as well as entrance from the airport location (not the highway). However I don’t believe you can visit the Museum going that route. You could also navigate through the backroads via bicycle but you may need a navigation for that. It’s about 10-15 min bike ride from the property (assuming you are cutting through the neighborhood, not the highway)
- there are multiple restaurants within 5-10 min walk: Plaza Azteca, pigman’s bbq, mama qwan’s just to name a few.
