Location good, everything else not so much
The property and house itself was great! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. A short drive to the beach.
However, there were a few things that I thought were outrageous for how much we were paying to stay here. 1) All the dishes and kitchen items were very dirty upon arrival and they don’t give you dish soap. 2) The property makes you put your own sheets on the bed. When I’m hanging out with friends all night, the last thing I want to do is put my own sheets on my bed at 1am. 3) Bring your own EVERYTHING! They only give you 2 rolls of toilet paper (with 5 girls, that goes fast), no soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, wash cloths, coffee... 4) There are additional fees if you want to check-in 2 hours earlier or later and check-in is late at 5pm. 5) The place had a lot of rules like taking out your own trash before you leave and taking the sheets off the beds, setting the refrigerator & A/C to a certain degree.
For how much we spent on this place to stay here for less than 48 hours, I would not have booked it. I felt like I was doing labor than enjoying myself. I will go to a hotel and not have to worry about putting sheets on my own bed or taking out the trash. That’s what the cleaning fee is for.
