An elevator serving four levels makes navigating the home simple, while the home’s modern yet timeless design blends unique upscale finishes with a laid back coastal feel. A main uncovered deck, connected directly to the Ocean Room, features a square table with 8 chairs and a 2-cushioned couch, the perfect spot for open-air dining and relaxation.

Village Beach Club
Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 9 miles from Seaduction.

This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy events and activities for all ages such as kids' camps, daily live music and entertainment, a wellness and recreation program, and six brand new pickleball courts! Also new for 2026 is Gather, a coastal restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Access to the pool and beach is free. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am. This free promotion applies to 2026 reservations only.

Parking: This property offers 7 parking spots for guests.

Pets: Seaduction is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

Pool Information: The private pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Pool heat is available for a fee. Hot tub is open year-round and professionally cleaned weekly. No pets are allowed in the pool or hot tub.

Beach access: The AIBA beach access at Avalon Drive is available for walk-up beach access. The access is also available for drop off by vehicles, low speed vehicles (golf carts) and bikes. The only restriction is that you cannot park a car there. For car parking, we recommend using the nearby 5th street beach access or (paid) parking at the Avalon Pier. All beach accesses are within a few minutes walk.
