This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps up to 13 guests with 9 beds. It’s perfect for family gatherings or multiple families vacationing together. Enjoy luxury cotton linens, plush bedding, smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and games for all ages.

We’ve stocked Belle on the Sound with all the outdoor gear your family could want:

* Kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes
* Lifejackets for all sizes
* Beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, a sunshade, wagon, and cooler
* Crabbing and fishing gear

**House Rules – Belle on the Sound**

Welcome to our family home. We’re so glad you’re here and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. To help keep everything in great shape for future guests, please follow these simple house rules.

**General Courtesy**

* No smoking inside. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Please use the provided sand buckets for ash disposal.
* Please leave the home in similar condition to how you found it.
* Do not make any beds that were used. We will strip and launder all linens.
* Return any furniture that was moved back to its original location.
* No pets.
* No parties.
* Additional guests are allowed only with prior approval.

**Grill Use**

* If you used the charcoal grill or Blackstone, please clean it, turn off the gas (if applicable), and replace the cover after use.

**Check-In / Check-Out**

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM

**Noise and Community Expectations**

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

**Septic System**

* We are on a septic system. Do not flush anything except toilet paper.
* No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other hygiene items should be flushed.
* The septic tank is located to the right of the driveway near the statue. Do not park or drive over this area.

**Trash**

* Trash pickup is early Thursday and Monday mornings.
* Please roll the bins to the curb on Wednesday and Sunday nights.
* We do not recycle—place all trash in the regular bins.

**Hot Tub and Fire Pit**

* Please rinse off sand, sunscreen, and oils before entering the hot tub.
* No glass containers in or near the hot tub or fire pit.
* Children must be supervised at all times around these areas.

**Water Gear and Dock Use**

* Use of kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes is at your own risk.
* Lifejackets are provided.
* Children must be supervised at all times near the dock and water.
* Please rinse and return all beach gear to its storage area after use.
