Being oceanfront was amazing and having the direct beach access from our balcony was a huge perk! Gene let us check in a few hours early which was an added bonus.

The view was amazing, we loved watching the dolphins daily. The condo was clean and so comfortable. Gene was an amazing host. We are ready to come back already!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The view off the deck was unobstructed with a beautiful ocean view. There was direct beach access off the deck as well, which was very convenient. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The sunrise view from the deck was incredible. Restaurants close, clean, host was very responsive, great location, steps from the beach, very nicely decorated, would stay here again.

First time to the outer banks area. What a great location. Very clean, beautiful property and host was very quick to respond when I had a question. There were many places to eat and things to do very close by. Beach was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary. The view of the ocean was incredible! The amenities were great. Everything was wonderful.Great communication with the host who I was incredibly helpful when we had a rescheduling problem

Once we got to the penthouse it was very nice and as beautiful as pictured. First class for sure. My wife and I are both over eighty years old and she has mobility issues. I was beyond exhausted by the time we got all our stuff up 36 stairs. Ocean view was wonderful and the beach is nice but the deep sugar sand was tough on us too. Fabulous place for younger folks (which is everyone else)but the physical demands made it less than 5 stars for me.

This condo has direct beach access with an amazing view. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. If I were to visit the Outer Banks again I would definitely book with Gene.

This property was perfect for our stay. The bed was comfy, the ocean view from the deck was excellent and the shower was great. I especially appreciated the Kuerig coffee pot. My only concern, being an older person that is used to cable television, is it possible to have written directions as to how the TVs work? Not a big problem as we were out most of the day, but morning news is a must for us and a late night show is nice as well. We were down for the OBX car show so this location was perfect and close to everything. Dinner at Millers on the Waterfront was excellent. I hope we are able to comeback next year and maybe stay a little longer.

The view is gorgeous. Sunrises were beautiful every morning. You can hear the waves crushing from inside. It was wonderful. The condo itself is clean with everything you need. You have plenty of room in the condo and is very convenient to everything. Have already made plans to go back next year!

This property was absolutely amazing. The condo is comfortable, well equipped, conveniently located, and the view is second to none! From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and in vacation mode. The check in process was flawless. I can’t say enough about this condo, the host, and the experience. Five stars all around!
