Gastvrije Beach Cottage met bubbelbad en vuurplaats, slechts 1 ½ blokken naar het strand!

Centraal gelegen nabij restaurants, winkels, vispier en het strand. Korte wandeling naar Goombay's Restaurant voor diner en / of drankjes.

Geniet van de geweldige buitenruimte - lekker luieren op het ruime achterdek, ontspannen in het bubbelbad na een zware dag op het strand, heerlijke maaltijden grillen of genieten van drankjes en marshmallows roosteren rond de vuurplaats.

Felle zonovergoten keuken bevat alles wat u nodig heeft om geweldige maaltijden te bereiden en te entertainen. Het hoogste niveau heeft 3 slaapkamers met 2 badkamers, woonkamer, keuken en eethoek. Er is een extra grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en mooi gerenoveerd Master Bath. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de derde slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met een tweepersoonsbed aan de onderkant en een tweeling aan de bovenkant.

Op de begane grond, onder het huis is er een derde bad met een afgesloten douche geweldig om af te spoelen na een dag op het strand met een toilet, wastafel en een wasmachine en droger.

Wij leveren bijna alles wat u nodig heeft voor leuke stranddagen (handdoeken, koelers, parasols, strandspeelgoed, enz.).

We staan huisdieren toe met een niet-restitueerbare huisdierentoeslag van $ 100 (per huisdier)
Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan op meubels of op de bedden. Ook huisdieren moeten worden ingepakt als ze alleen worden achtergelaten bij de accommodatie.

Perfect house for our vacation!!

This house was perfect for our family! It’s clean with a lot of natural light and enough space for our family of six…including the pups. Just a quick walk to the beach, and grocery stores across the street. It’s only 15 mins to Duck. So many cute stores and local art to explore. You have to try Duck Pizza…it’s amazing. We went twice in 2 days!! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here agin.

Enjoyable Beach Stay

Very comfortable, clean house with easy access to beach and close proximity to many attractions. Our group of 6 adults had plenty of space and everyone was able to have warm showers. Shane was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again. Enjoy!

A wonderful stay!

We loved this adorable little getaway! The house was very clean and comfortable- we came with our three kids and grandparents. There was plenty of space for us all. We all slept well, happy with the comfort of beds- plenty of linens and towels and well stocked kitchen supplies. We absolutely LOvED the fact that beach towels, toys, boards, and chairs were provided! That was a huge cost save for us. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. A close walk to the beach and plenty of convenient shops and entertainment nearby. Clean up was easy and quick for checkout and communication with host was fantastic. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend! Thank you!

Great OBX Experience

I would highly recommend the Sandy Knolls property based on location (5-minutes to the beach, close to amenities), cleanliness, dog-friendly, great host (very responsive and provided plenty of information prior to the trip), and overall convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was well maintained and very clean. It is so nice when linens and towels are provided. Shane even provided beach towels. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and someone came and checked it to be sure. Shane was easy to communicate with and was accommodating with check-in time. The walk to the beach was short with a close public access. Overall a great house for our girls' weekend!

OBX for Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Outer Banks for the first time for Christmas 2023. This rental property was clean and well appointed, and its location made for easy day trips to Nags Head, Roanoke Island and Cape Hatteras. Shane was very easy to communicate with and made our stay as easy as possible.

A wonderful two nights stay

We rented this quaint home just blocks from the ocean. The house is very comfortable, we’ll decorated and spotless. The kitchen is well appointed, beds are very comfortable and the host is very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We came for OBX marathon early and stayed after. This is a great place not huge an overwhelming but comfortable and just nice. Loved sitting in hot tub looking at stars. We enjoyed sitting by fire roasting marshmallows. It was really a nice time can’t wait to do it again. The house is in a great location and at a good price. Looks larger in person than online. The master is surprising large , it was a well appointed renovation and it is evident when looking at other homes in the area.

Our stay was wonderful...very comfortable home for a vacation at OBX!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was exceptionally clean and well accommodated, with a grill, hot tub and fire pit. Also, it was well stocked with things for the beach...chairs, umbrellas, toys. The location was great, too....only a short walk to the beach in one direction and the grocery store in the other direction.

Great, comfortable home in a great location!

This home is in a great location - 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, and mini-golf course - and in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The big hot tub on the deck was wonderful! Shane and Brian were very helpful and responsive - answering all of our questions, providing us with restaurant recommendations, and even coming to the house right away to fix a clogged drain. We look forward to another visit to Kill Devil Hills and staying in this home! - The Lanier Family

Great place to stay and great location.

This Beach home was a great place to stay. The home was very clean. The bedrooms are all a nice size with the master bedroom being very big. And there is a great kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed the large fire pit and enjoyed the the hot tub. At night we would sit on the back deck and enjoy the ocean breeze. The location of this home is great for beach lovers. The walk to the beach was very close and easy to get to. And if you needed to run to the store for any groceries the store was right down the street. Shane was great to work with. Any questions I had he respond that same day. Anytime we come to the OBX we will rent this home. Again this is a very nice place to stay at.

Nice, clean and met expectations.

Loved that this property was one of the few that allowed dogs with easy to follow rules. Beach access was very close. The kitchen could use some major updating when it comes to tools and utensils. Some of the beach gear was well loved, but worked for a few days. Overall, nice house for a long weekend getwaway. Beware the stray cats getting into your things outside!

Fantastic house

This is a fantastic place. Very spacious for a family of 4. Could probably accommodate 8. The house has everything and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. One of the owners lives 5 minutes away and responded to an internet outage issue (due to a previous night storm) immediately. Our family had a fantastic holiday and we look forward to repeating this experience next year.

More Than Picture Perfect

We felt this beach house was everything we were looking for and so much more. It was nice to have a hot tub and fire pit for some off the beach entertainment and relaxation. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 6 member family and two dog family members. It was modern, clean and spacious. The walk to the beach and beach access is less than a 5 minute walk. Thank you again Shane for your attentiveness and above and beyond hospitality. We will gladly return!!!
