Thank you for the feedback. Pet fees at the Towneplace Suites are always been 100 and all the guests that had stayed here are aware, this why they stay with us. This is posted in our website and on Expedia were you booked from. There's not a lot of hotel around the area that are pet friendly. I'm sorry that you feel that way. The staff was just trying to inform you that the property couldn't refund your stay. The property was not notify neither Expedia support. You can call Expedia support to see if they can help you with this matter, you can explain your situation with them. Unfortunately when a reservation is done through a third party meaning Expedia is a prepaid made with them directly and the property is not allow to make any changes to that reservation. Also both parties have a 24 hour cancellation rule. Hope this explains what he staff was trying to inform you. You have a wonderful day.

The pool was closed because of it was being renovated. But not is open and we are keeping it maintained.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We are not smoking hotel and we do deep clean and disinfect each room and we use our ionizer machine. We inspect the rooms before we rent them and there was not smell of cigarettes'. My front desk tried to assist as much as he could and tried to refresh the room. But I apologize you felt that way. We will start renovation in March we are aware we need to upgrade our hotel. You have a great day.
