The river runs directly alongside the cottage, and the surrounding area offers easy access to walking routes, cycling and wider exploration of Loch Tay and Highland Perthshire.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider area, although Killin village amenities are nearby. Parking is provided at the property, with straightforward access from the A85 and A827.
