The home features two queen beds and one twin bed (the twin bedroom is accessed through the second queen bedroom), making it a comfortable home base after a day on the trails. A full kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, and a washer and dryer make it easy to pack light. Sit back on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountain views.

Parking & Trailer Access: Tucked into the mountains with beautiful surrounding views, the property's setting also means parking and trailer maneuvering space is more limited than at a typical residential property. The property has an upper parking area and a lower carport. The driveway to the upper parking area is steep and accommodates 1–2 vehicles with caution; backing down is required to exit. ATVs, UTVs, and other small recreational vehicles may be parked in the upper area, but trailers cannot be taken up the driveway and must remain in the lower carport area.

Guests bringing a trailer should be aware that the final approach to the property includes a sharp curve with limited maneuvering room. The property can accommodate a small utility trailer with a 10–12 ft bed (approximately 14 ft overall length) in the lower carport area. Longer trailers may not be able to safely maneuver the approach or fit in the available parking area. Enclosed trailers will not fit under the carport and cannot be accommodated on the property.
