Aangepaste 6 slaapkamer Log Home. Slaap 14. 2 Private Hot Tubs. Golfers 'Haven.

Dit is een van de grootste huizen in het resort en heeft overal prachtig houtwerk - een echte alpine-ervaring! Er zijn twee privé-bubbelbaden op aparte dekken. De grotere bevindt zich op het hoofdniveau net naast de keuken en de tweede bevindt zich op het lagere niveau. Aardgas BBQ op hoofddek en gashaard in woonkamer. Parkeren voor een auto in de garage en 6 auto's op oprit. Het huis is een flat, 5 minuten lopen naar de belangrijkste skilift. Op loopafstand van Trickle Creek golfbaan en de nabijheid van 5 andere golfbanen. Dit huis is erg populair bij golfgroepen en gezinnen. Er is een queensize uitschuifbed in de woonkamer op het hoogste niveau.

REINIGINGSKOSTEN: Houd er rekening mee dat we de netheid van het huis en de hot tub zeer serieus nemen. De vergoeding van $ 350 is een kostendekkende situatie en geen winstmaker. De huizen zijn erg groot met veel bedden en meerdere badkamers. Het kost behoorlijk wat tijd om ze schoon te maken en goed voor te bereiden. Er zijn ook de kosten om al het beddengoed en linnengoed te doen, schoonmaakproducten, slijtage aan reinigingsmachines, enz. Het onderhoud van de hot tub is ook zeer ijverig en de tubs worden regelmatig gedumpt en schoongemaakt. Dit zijn ook aanzienlijke kosten. Als u hier problemen mee ondervindt, raden we u aan onmiddellijk contact op te nemen met de eigenaar. Het probleem zal onmiddellijk worden verholpen.

BELANGRIJKE OPMERKING: hoewel het huis bestemd is voor toeristische accommodatie, is het gelegen in een woonwijk met full-time bewoners / eigenaren die in omliggende huizen wonen. Het is absoluut noodzakelijk dat hun privacy en stille tijd worden gerespecteerd en om deze reden kunnen en willen we geen luid feest op elk gewenst moment laat in de nacht tolereren. We begrijpen dat mensen op vakantie gaan ontspannen en een goede tijd hebben, maar het moet redelijk zijn en het mag de omliggende accommodaties niet beïnvloeden. Als u van plan bent om een feestweekend te houden, boek dan zeker dit huis niet, want het zal niet werken.

Beautiful home that was plenty of space for the 11 of us that stayed here. Couldve easily slept another couple kids here too as some of the beds were big enough for a couple little ones to share. Great entertaining areas as well. Hot tub was oversized which was great as everyone wants to relax after a day of skiing/riding. Really a beautiful property. Well done! Also Kieran was easy to deal with and offered multiple times through the week to pickup recycling and trash and even asked if we needed anything we didn't have. Thanks Kieran.

Powder Highway 2024

What an amazing property! This place was absolutely perfect for our group on their sojourn around the powder highway. The home was appropriately stocked with all the amenities that our party of eight could ask for and was centrally located to fit all of our needs and minimize travel time to and from resorts. The host Kieran was extremely attentive and prompt in his responses to any of our questions and extremely helpful with recommendations for the area. Any trip to this portion of Canada will definitely lead us back to this property if available.

Wonderful weekend in Kimberley

Great property, exactly as described. Loads of room for our large group. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Very comfortable beds and the large hot tub which was perfect after skiing. Easy walk to the ski hill as well as into the Kimberley Platzl. Kiernan was very responsive to any requests and inquiries. Fabulous Stay for Three Families

This log home really is fantastic, and its six bedrooms and many bathrooms perfectly accommodated our three families with kids ranging in age from 5 to 22. Layout of the house meant that each family had its own space, and despite the house being fully occupied, there was plenty of hot water on tap whenever needed! Everyone loved the downstairs games room and darts board, with foosball matches going into the night. Kieran was a wonderful host: easy to communicate with, and quick to provide us with anything we needed, including firewood and temporary fire pit in the snow for a New Year’s Eve bonfire! Even though the snow conditions were not the best, we all had a magical time hanging out in this gorgeous house. Should we return to Kimberley in the near future, we’d love to stay here again!

Great home for a family

There were 8 adults and 4 children in our group. We enjoyed the 3 levels in the home; children could nap/sleep in quiet spaces while the adults played cards/games. The hot tub on the deck was wonderful after skiing. The main kitchen is well-stocked. We didn’t use the kitchen on the lower level but it is a nice option. This spacious log home is perfect for a big family.

Flatlanders golf road trip

This is our golf group's second stay at this location. Once again a very enjoyable experience . Very clean , well laid out ,large hot tub , 6 bedrooms , located 3 minutes to a top rated golf course, a walking /biking trail out the back door , and a short walk to the ski hill. . Our Host was always available if needed. We would definitely recommend renting this property .

Awesome log home! Perfect for the family vacation.

Thanks Kieran for the great hospitality. This house had everything we needed for our group of 10 and 6 kids. Great room sizes. The beautiful log home made our ski trip feel like an authentic cabin getaway. Very clean and functional spot just a few minute walk to the main ski lift! We will definitely be coming back to this ski resort!

Fantastic Family Ski Cabin

This property was a great base camp for our extended family ski vacation at Kimberley Alpine Resort. With 3 generations and kids ranging in age from 6 months to 11 years, the house absorbed us all with a mixture of sleeping arrangements well suited to a large, diverse group. Everything was as advertised, walking distance to the ski hill, and communication and support from Kieran the property manager was excellent (he blowed snow for us twice during our 5 night stay, thanks Kieran!).

Perfect Accommodation for a Group Trip

This was the ideal property for our group of 12 guys. There was plenty of space and the sleeping arrangements were excellent. Perfect location and plenty of parking on the driveway. Kieran was a great host and made himself available if we ever needed anything and communication was great. We really appreciated the log cabin aesthetics and massive hot tub. Would absolutely love to return for a ski trip or another golf trip.

Perfect log house!

Property was clean, modern, well stocked and everything worked! Located in a beautiful mountain Neighbourhood which was perfect for us 8 golfers (also conveniently situated within 30 minutes of 6+ great golf courses). We had no need for the a/c but the hot tub (which had new, clean water) was a hit!!
