'They upgraded us to an air-condition tent and that probably makes my review better since it was 95° during the day. The Glam tents were great. The resort itself is nice. 'Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? '
