The Space:

Located within The Getaways at Kimberling Crossing, sweeping vistas of Fisher Creek and the Kimberling City Bridge are just the beginning. Guests of the resort will have access to desirable amenities such as a brand-new outdoor pool, 6 pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a playground. You’ll also be within walking distance to delicious dining options as well as grocery for keeping your crew well-stocked in all the essentials. When you’re ready to head into Branson, you’ll be just a quick jaunt from the city’s biggest thrills including Silver Dollar City (20 minutes), the Titanic Museum (25 minutes), and of course, the eclectic downtown area bustling with shopping, dining, and live music (30 minutes).

The electric fireplace will keep you warm and toasty in the cooler months, offering a cozy ambiance for curling up with a good book. Step out on to the shaded balcony where a high-top table can seat 6 for meals al fresco, keep you fully immersed in the picturesque surroundings. Back indoors, the fully equipped kitchen offers all-black appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for preparing meals both large and small. The dining table seats 4 for light breakfasts, formal meals, and family game nights alike. In the quiet morning hours, find your way onto the second balcony complete with comfortable outdoor seating to sip on your fresh cup of coffee as you plan out the next set of adventures.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• This is a walk-up unit with 27 total steps.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is not pet friendly

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal Pools, Pools or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.



Beyond the lake life that brings you to Kimberling City, this enviable location also puts you with a short drive of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Aquarium at the Boardwalk. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
