Checking in took quite awhile as desk clerk was texting with someone else to change a room for another guest, jumping back and forth between checking us in. I asked for a late check out and was questioned as to whether it was medical or other appointment. NONE of their business!
In the morning I woke up with bites on my arms and neck. I believe it to be spider bites. The sofa bed in the room had stains on the bottom and was very worn and uncomfortable.
The bed was clean and comfortable, and room was otherwise clean, except for the carpet, which clearly needed to be replaced.
I was told I could have a 1pm checkout, however, after returning to the room at 12:45 to collect my luggage, the key no longer worked and I had to go to the front desk to have it fixed.
