'Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth.
Perth was within easy walking distance.
The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram.

'I arrived a bit early. Nobody wS there, save a sign and two phone numbers to call. I reached someone, and was asked to wait a few minutes. A bit later, i checked in. Bags were carried for me. and i was shown how the electric worked. A nice touch was the cooked to order complimentary breakfast the next morning. Save for those first few minutes, my stay was fine.'

'It was nice to have parking out front but if you have a larger car or an SUV, it might be a little tight. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was just a short walk from some key sites downtown. We enjoyed our stay. '

'Staff was great. They were rolling out a soft start after a kitchen remodel and handled it well. Setting is beautiful, rooms were clean but views out the window need refresh as we looked into an unmaintained garden area. Doors could be repainted in the public areas esp the bathroom. Drinks on the lawn watching the sunset was fantastic. Would recommend and stay again.'

'De fotos op de website zijn alleen van de accomodaties van het hoofdgebouw. Die mooi, unique maar outdated is. Wij kregen soort van motel6 kamer toegewezezn. Tegen betaling mochten we kamer in hoofdgebouw.
Personeel bij ontbijt waren super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit was het enige maar doorslaggevende wat ons bezoek heeft verbeterd om fijne vakantie op t estate te hebben.'

'The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. The manager and chef provided recommendations for places to visit by car. We enjoyed our stay here, part of a longer touring...

'Hotel reception and check-in was easy and cordial, Room #6 was spacious as was the ensuite, and the staff were eager, energetic, and attentive---especially in the restaurant. The restaurant offered a variety of foods, beverages, and delicious desserts. A+ for the restaurant! However, based upon our experience the only time I would stay again would be in high summer. Room #6 was freezing. And the Dimplex electric wall-mounted heater was pitiful. It would only operate for 90 seconds before...
