A ground-floor family bathroom includes a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. WiFi, Smart TV, TV, DVD player, books, board games, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Guests also have access to excellent shared on-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, games room, snooker room, table tennis, pitch and putt golf course, children's play area and 20 acres of grounds. Outside, there is a patio with furniture overlooking the tennis courts and play area, plus a courtyard with outdoor dining furniture. Off-road parking for 1 car is available.
